Any way around not having to do it manually?

I only needed to slide down the controls. How would I change the control images to something else? I have a custom image I want to use.

This is nice, but would be awesome if I could add more items beside the logo easily. If the header could be made into 3 columns, and each column was easy to edit.

I would also like to disable the left and right options to go to the next blog posts.
