November 17, 2016 at 5:51 pm in reply to: Code to override conflicting plugin so that masonry gallery goes full width? #713674
Sure, I chose 4 columns now, which seems to work great, but then what’s the point of the automatic option?
Thanks!

There’s a conflict between the code block and my main video player plugin, Simple Video Pro (plugin name: “InstaMagic’s FanBuzz / Simple Video Pro”). Since I need that plugin active on this site as well, I need either a text box that doesn’t rewrite my code or a code block that works with this plugin. Thanks!
I’m not getting anything. Login info in private area below. Thanks!
Rikard, I would politely ask that you confirm this code revision on your end before rushing to blame my installation/setup.
If, for some reason, your version of Enfold is not generating the same revised code, then we can delve into my installation from there.
Thanks!
Ron
Thanks Ismael, but if I use a code block the video player doesn’t show up, which defeats the purpose. This is not a tracking script. It is a video player and people therefore need to be able to see it.
Best,
Ron
Wonderful! Thanks Yigit!

The problem is that if you were unable to follow/view the video then you don’t know what images should/shouldn’t be there.
My specs from the videos:
27 Inch Imac
Latest OS X (10.10.1)
Chrome Version 39.0.2171.65 (64-bit)
Firefox Version 33.1.1
Here’s another video that hopefully you can view. This one is Chrome:

Here I am in a smaller resolution using FireFox:

Notice how the images aren’t there but when I scroll back up they are there. I could wait 10 minutes but the images will not load until I scroll past them and go back up to them.
This is not a “too many images” error. I am very experienced in using Enfold and know that I could add 200 images and they would all show up fine without the masonry gallery being there.
Best,
Ron

I want the text in the caption field to show up like it did before.
Before the upgrade this all worked fine and now we’re adding all this CSS. Why?
Thanks,
Ron

It solves part of the problem but causes another…
Now after I click “load more” there’s a background behind each image that I don’t want.
Note how it’s fine before clicking “load more” but after I click it the image has a background:

October 13, 2014 at 9:45 pm in reply to: Can't get Color Section to be Full Width after Upgrading #335196That worked. Thanks very much!
Issue fixed. THANK YOU PETER!!!
This is not the issue. I’m not seeing the images on slide 2 via any browser at all. I even opened up IE for the first time on my laptop and there are no images there.
I will have to repeat the ticket history again: Everything worked fine in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. UNTIL I changed the image locations for these images and now they don’t show up, so the problem is unrelated to anything mentioned so far. Please use the information I just gave you to help me out.
Thanks!
Ron
Perhaps the commenting out code doesn’t work in quick CSS, but with the code gone slide 2 images are not showing.
I cleared the cache and history on 2 computers and even tried it in a browser that I never use to confirm:

Thanks,

Josue,
Please read the ticket. It’s slide 2, not slide 1. The images are now gone again.
Ron
Thanks for taking a look!
I updated via FTP but the CSS is still required. If you can dig a bit deeper to figure this out without requiring the CSS I’d appreciate it.
Cheers,
Ron
Yes I did Yigit and I did so again now with no luck.
To explain in greater detail: I updated some of the image locations since some of them were off site. Now they are all on-site (in media gallery) but not displaying except in preview mode. Everything worked in the past with same plugins.
You have my login so please get in there and do whatever it takes. Please also let me know what the fix is so that I don’t have to open another ticket in the future.
Thanks!
Ron

Thanks. However, no, it is not working fine.
As mentioned, it is slide 2 (no images) and slide 3 (the one you showed – there is no car banner showing up)
Thanks!
Ron
