I’ll check that link out re: the contact form.
Regarding the styling tab in the element option, I’ve selected a custom colour and that seems to have done the trick and the text is displaying now, although the link colours have also been changed to the same custom colour as the rest of the text.

Update: It is only that one page that the advanced editor is not working, so I can live without it as long as it doesnt spread! – but the issue of not being able to add a “select element” persists. Every time I try to make the changes and update the page, I get directed to a frontend “Nothing Found
