Thanks for the suggestion, Victoria. Wouldn’t that potentially break with future theme updates? I’d rather use hooks or another method that keeps the update process easier and less error-proof if that’s possible.
Is it that the original tutorial and code samples at https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/example-of-banner-above-the-logo-and-menu-area/ are no longer working with the current version of the theme?
Hi Victoria – sorry about that. Can you try again?
Hi Rikard – I’m having trouble understanding what you mean. My current issue is that I’m not able to position my image/banner above the logo and menu area. I think I want exactly what it is that is described in this help code snippet but that doesn’t seem to be working when I try it out: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/example-of-banner-above-the-logo-and-menu-area/
Are additional modifications needed or can you tell if I’m going about implementing it incorrectly?

Glad to know you’re aware of the issue and working on a fix.
Thank you,
DanDoes that mean there is no way to reenable it? Parallax seems to be working for many sites I visit on my phone including Squarespace.
Are there any plans to bring support for parallax back?
Thanks, Yigit, I tried adding that code but nothing seems to have changed. Is it working for you now?
I was also having issues with the icons not showing up in Firefox or Safari after the v2.3 update but a lot of refreshing later it seems to be fixed (for now at least). Perhaps it is a caching issue that seems to affect those browsers in particular and not Chrome.
September 28, 2013 at 2:17 am in reply to: Override files in Framework folder with child theme #167389Ok, will do. I was hoping there might be a way to just include all files via a setting or something but I’ll make the changes in the parent theme.
Thank you for your quick reply!
-DanThanks Devin, recreating the text element seemed to do it.
Thanks for the reply Ismael. I made the change and cleared my cache, but nothing seems to have changed. What is does the code you provided do, exactly?
-Dan
Thank you for the reply. Is there a way then to allow just HTML and CSS without having the element wrapped in a <p> tag? (all text blocks seem to be wrapped in a <p> tag even if I don’t put one into the field itself.
