Hey cnorthey, There are a bunch of users experiencing this issue and to date have no had any feedback that it’s going to be fixed. So keep on the moderators to get us an answer on when it will be done. We have all done what was suggested and its simply not fixing the issue.
Hi folks, i found another user with the same problem and they recommended creating a new admin profile and logging in with that. It worked for them and worked for me also.
All those things were done. I found many other users that have the same issue and your support staff have acknowledged its a bug and quite a serious one at that.
I found a work around via another user that creating a new admin fixes the big but certainly not ideal.
Is there an update to this? I have an open ticket regarding the same issues as do others. I am unable to make and changes to my pages and have spent hours trying different things and searching the forum.
Hello? My site is not functional right now because I can’t change anything so I need support on this….I have three other sites using this template so I have held off updating them until I get resolution.
