Thank you @Guenni007
Very kind of you to take the time to answer.
I suspect the avia-compat.js is the problem here but I am unsure. WP-Rocket has got all clever and can defer everything that isn’t required to render the page – but that has issues. I may try to load from an external script as you suggest to see what happens.
I’m not hung up on PageSpeed scores but do take User Experience very seriously. Everything tells me to defer JS wherever I can – and it would be nice to achieve this and still get the site load properly. It’s a bit beyond my technical skills though.
Thanks again
EdOctober 12, 2017 at 10:51 pm in reply to: How do I completely change an installed Enfold site from HTTP to HTTPS? #863664Hi Steve
Try this: https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/
It’s a utility to change every instance of your database HTTP to HTTPS. It changes all your WordPress tables relating to HTTP – so will change the base setting in your WP install.
I moved to HTTPS a year ago with this tool and it took 3 minutes. Everything will change to HTTPS – and I mean everything! All your permalinks will now read HTTPS. Then you can use an online mixed-content checker to make sure you clean up any rogue URL’s.
Hope that helps

August 29, 2017 at 8:38 pm in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #845441Hi @Ismael
Thank you!
Finally after a very long time we have the solution and it works.
Thank you to everyone involved.
In the last two weeks I have had the highest percentage of images indexed ever – and I would like to think the accuracy of my sitemap has been the reason, though I will never know for sure.
Thanks again

Like I said before this now crawls sliders but removes other functions!
Please see the previous response.
Both final parts of your code are pasted into function.php correctly. So now all the sliders and masonries get read on pages/portfolio pages with sliders but normal images and galleries are ignored! This doesn’t make any sense?

August 17, 2017 at 10:57 pm in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #840646Hi @Basilis
I thought I saw some fresh code on this page?
No matter – Ismael’s code lets sliders be read but then removes everything else- so no, I’m afraid it’s not working correctly. Can he post just the added code for the slider crawling?
I have copied and replaced as instructed but it goes wrong. URL’s that had 1 image jump to 12 then ones that had 15 jump to 1!!!! It’s all getting very complicated… but I appreciate your persistence. We are close now.

EdAugust 15, 2017 at 6:31 pm in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #839498Hey @ismael
Slightly confused – where has that new code gone that you pasted?
Thanks
EdAugust 14, 2017 at 10:11 pm in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #838971Thanks @ismael – looks great!
Before I paste this do i remove ALL the previous code or leave the most updated one in functions.php? Just to be clear. Does this replace everything else?
Thanks
EdAugust 7, 2017 at 7:00 pm in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #835546Thanks @basilis
What a shame and a great disappointment because Yoast won’t do anything either.
Why can you not make this happen? Is it because you don’t have the time or you consider it to not be important enough? I would like to know if you don’t mind please.
So now I have 200 pages with sliders to change…
Fantastic :(
Very poor show my friend… this is not good.Regards

Great to see the progress! Thank you!
One last problem to overcome – Sliders!
Yoast Sitemaps DO NOT READ SLIDER CONTENT!!!!
Can you fix this please?
Thank you

July 31, 2017 at 11:37 am in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #832065@ismael – that suggestion of choosing Flexible Masonry doesn’t work – Yoast still only picks up the Featured Image son the page – here is an example: https://www.swarez.co.uk/gallery-commissioned-purchased-art/
All images in the Masonry are set as the flexible option – no change to Yoast’s Page Sitemap (https://www.swarez.co.uk/page-sitemap.xml/)
Can the change suggested by @KentAjans be implemented soon?
This issue, together with the inability to add Rich Snippets, will become more of an issue as time moves on. There are a lot of things you guys need to do to make Enfold more future proof. I’m just trying to help.
Please Ismael, can you get Kreisi to sort this out? It’s important.

EdJuly 31, 2017 at 9:50 am in reply to: How to make images in masonry gallery to be indexed in seo yoast sitemap #832019Thank you @Ismael
For the sizes and frequency of my Masonry Galleries the manual option is absolutely not feasible and I shouldn’t have to do that really should I?.
I will test the Flexible option and report back later today.
@borissimo – Yoast SEO is not the answer to everything I agree but having a well produced and accurate Sitemap is good practice. I don’t want multiple sitemaps from different plugins I just want one that is accurate and will find all my content and report it correctly.
You are right that Google will crawl and index a site without one but for the crawl bots to accurately crawl your content and structure (and with more favorable frequency) having an accurate sitemap is important.
If Enfold can’t be seen by the most popular Sitemap code on the planet that makes me feel disappointed. Perhaps the theme developers need to move away from coding fancy looking animations and concentrate on real-world usability? Just my thoughts.

EdMake that 8 people!!!!!
Not solved though is it John? It’s yet another workaround that’s not ideal… When will the menu issues be resolved?
Regards
EdFYI – as I cannot get any help anywhere I have gone back to 4.0.7 and changed to CometCache.
You can close the thread – would be nice if someone at Team Kreisi could update us on what’s going on? So many people with menu problems…Hi Rikard
Any idea when? 4.1.2 does nothing to fix this and time is pressing – I am now forced into changing my menu structure because of this as I simply cannot lose traffic because visitors can’t use the menu on iOS.
It accounts for 34% of my traffic – I have to change it tonight.
Not a good show to be honest; I am disappointed. This should have been tested properly and others are reporting it too so it’s not isolated to me.
Regards
EdPS – since the latest update NONE of my nested menus work anymore – one does but that has a main heading that is actually a page rather than a title or column. So now I have a huge problem at 11pm at night that no-one on iOS can see the vast majority of the menu.
What can you tell me about that?-

Thank you Basilis – I will keep an eye out for it.

EdI have had to keep WP-Rocket active because this plugin authorizes use of my CDN. However, I have disabled the page cache and as that’s used through Siteground’s SuperCache plugin the page cache is now disabled.
Hopefully we can get somewhere now.I understand that others are now reporting iOS menu issues with mega menu.too. I may have to resort to scrapping my mega menu until your devs have this resolved as I cannot afford to lose traffic because a large part of the site is unreachable from the menu (your new version does look and feel great by the way!).
The file we spoke of has been regenerated now thankfully! But the menu issue still remains.
Thanks in advance

Hi Victoria
Thank you for replying.
The file hadn’t been generated and the menu issue still exists.
I had to turn caching back on as I was having issues with WP-Rocket, my CDN and my host, Siteground.
At present WP-Rocket is on but page caching is handled by the Siteground plugin.
I really would appreciate some help with the menu issue so I will deactivate these plugins later today when I’m back front of a PC. Alternatively use the logins to go into the dashboard and have a look if that opportunity is available to you.
Thank you again Victoria; I will be back as soon as possible and I really appreciate your help to solve this problem
Thanks
EdStill the same on iOS
Thanks EdHi Victoria
How does it get regenerated and when? I deleted via FTP. Logged out and in but no new file?
I activated WP-Rocket but nothing generated either?
Thanks
EdHi Victoria
Thanks for the reply.
I cannot open ‘Commissions’ or ‘About’ on iOS – but it’s fine on Android.
I will delete the file as suggested and see what happens.
Back shortly

Hi Nikko
I am already on 4.1.1

It seems to be regarding Mega Menus – something is causing them to become unresponsive to touch. Same problem here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mobile-mega-menu-not-working/Site logins attached.
WP-Rocket is disabled.Thanks

Thanks for your help

I can have a tweak now but that does the job!
Thank you again

EdHi Andy
I’m going to remove that CSS as it’s awful on the other pages I have tried after clearing the cache.
Thanks
EdHi Andy
As I mentioned the breadcrumb is not on the homepage! Just choose any other page.
Try this as an example: https://www.swarez.co.uk/about/
I would like breadcrumbs to be under the colour section, not on top of it – like I put in the image attachment as an example. The CSS you provided, which is kind of you, moves it out of the bar and places it randomly over the content! A good try but not ideal! I also want to get rid of the white container that would have the breadcrumb in it.
I have left the CSS live on the About me page so you can now see what your code does.
Thanks

Hi Victoria
Sure its https://www.swarez.co.uk/
It’s pages I would like to change – Portfolio items (Paintings) are okay as are blog posts. Just the 30 or so pages that get the majority of the traffic. Homepage is irrelevant.
Kind Regards
