My tech had already done the caching work before I contacted you. The plugin test revealed an old, unused plugin MediaElement.js – HTML5 Audio and Video causing the problem. Thanks for your help.

My tech already tried the solution you recommended and it didn’t work. He repeated the process but still no change. Please continue to work on this. Thanks!
