I am experiencing the same issue. I see that you have a version that works with WordPress 4.0, but again how do you upgrade without repurchasing, or do you have to repurchase? My primary error is that the editor just has a rotating circle that does not allow me to access the editor to make edits to my pages. I am able to view them in my browser, but unable to edit with the editor. My client is expecting updates on his site and need to get resolved soon. Please help.
