Yes I understand and know the feeling.
Under pressure to release this site before an important exhibition in October.Keep it open since it probably will happend again.
I asked you a question that perhaps is easy for you to answer: Would be very helpful and less questions for you hopefully.

Tomorrow it is one week since I posted my support issue to you. Still no help!
I’m sorry to say that as a new customer I’m disappointed with your support so far.
I experienced the same problem with one of your competitors (The Ronneby theme) which was one of the reasons that I switched provider of theme.I managed to use the revision system in WordPress. and now it all works and looks ok again. Of course it is worrying that the page got messed up, without knowing the reason. I hope for better cooperation in the future.

It is easy to see.
Footers:
Just open the “home” and “product” pages and compare for example the footers. The product page just went damaged after a save. Very strange and a little worrying.Home:

Press for example the “Blueflow Bluebox NG” product – The text in front of the image (the electronic box in the picture) can not be changed, For example the color of the text. Login and test.I’m rather new at WordPress, but I discovered a “revision” function. So I can actually go back. I have not done that since I wanted you to have a look first.
Another thing:
When testing your demo (Enfold Startup Business Demo) on a cell phone, your product page with all icons (
EASY UPLOADS,CLOUD SHARING etc,,) it works really good. But not on our product page. Do you know what the reason can be?
