Thanks Yigit!
Appreciate the help as always!!
Thanks!
I’ve seen that page on WooCommerce before. Is there a trick to figure out which element is which on the page? Driving me insane! Thanks Yigit – that was very helpful!
It is almost working 100%, and I was able to setup some responsive adjustments so it would look correct on mobile devices. The only thing I still cannot figure out is how to make the day taller if there are multiple events in it?
It does that normally in the 2014 theme but it is not doing that here. I’m still working on it, but if you had any input I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
JohnNever too smart to learn something new… I have NEVER seen or used the :after option before, this opens up a whole new world!
Thanks!
Thanks as always!

I was hoping to use a testimonials section I already made using the Advanced Layout Editor in another place, but I can replicate it easy enough.
I just figured it out before you replied – works great.
It’s safe to say Enfold is one of the most flexible and impressive themes I’ve ever used.
Thanks!
Hi Devin,
I actually tried that exact link before posting but wasn’t able to see a change, even when changing the values.

January 1, 2014 at 8:47 pm in reply to: Hide Archive for Category in Page Header — Child Theme Follow Up #204303I am looking to do the same thing. I have a child theme setup, but still haven’t gotten my head around using hooks & filters to change things.
Would I add something to the functions.php file that I put in my child-theme or would I copy over the function-set-avia-frontend.php and edit it?
Thanks!
JohnThanks Josue – hadn’t even thought that would cause this. My “coming soon” plugin was the culprit.
Appreciate the help!
Ismael – you rock! That’s exactly what I was looking for!
There isn’t another company out there that has as good of support and assistance as you guys have! I really appreciate the help!
Thanks,
JohnThanks Devin – I don’t think I put the #top in there before because adding that worked.
Is there a way to add a static image to the header in the single product pages? I’m using a full-width layer slider in the header on all the other pages, and since I can’t do that on the single-product page I was wondering if I can just use a static image on the product details page to give me a similar look.
Thanks!
JohnThanks Devin! That’s exactly what I was looking for, just didn’t know where to look.
If others need to know how to accomplish this, I removed:
#header from the //subtract elements from the height
I appreciate the help!

Hi Ismael – thanks for the help. Unfortunately I’m still experiencing the same thing, and the image is not going all the way to the bottom of the page. It looks to me like we are going to have to add 88px to the full-screen slider somewhere, but nothing I have tried has worked.
Thanks!
JohnI Devin,
My goal is to have a semi-transparent menu sitting on top of the full-screen image. With Ismael’s solution the menu is not on top of the image. With Josue’s solution it it on top of the image, but the image does not go fully to the bottom of the screen due to the padding-top being 0px.
I’ve set it back to Josue’s solution so you can see the issue I’m having at the bottom.
Hi Ismael – when I add that it fixes the bottom of the site, but the image no longer displays under the menu.
I tried it with both removing the current ‘#main {padding-top: 0 !important;}’ and leaving it in with no luck. -
