Hi Rikard,
Yes, I guess I have to ignore it cause I can’t see anything wrong. I just hope Google doesn’t see my site as not being mobile optimised and stops ranking it….
Thanks,
LisaHi Ismael,
Yes I’ve used a country blocking plugin to stop spam. Would the 403 error and access denied error be because of the country blocking plugin? If you are not in Australia I guess it is. So I guess I’ll delete that plugin.
I don’t get why it says: The navigation is probably too close together and the container expands beyond the screen size.
Because it uses the normal enfold mobile menu and what expands beyond the screen size? On my end it looks fine…I’ll add login details in case you want to check that out.
Thanks so much,
LisaHi Mike,
I don’t think Opacity:1 would work because it has about 70% opacity which only shows up when you hover on the image.
Here’s the image again.The right photo is what it looks like when you hover on an image.
I need the overlay on the right photo to show up even when not hovered on it.
Thanks,
LisaHi Rikard,
I got an email from the Google Search Console Team:
New issues detected on http://www.mintaccounting.com.au/
To owner of http://www.mintaccounting.com.au/,
Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 2 new issues of type Mobile Usability.
Top issues (5 maximum)
The following issues were found on your site:
Clickable elements too close together
Content wider than screenWe recommend that you find out more about these issues and fix them when possible to enable your site to have the best possible experience and coverage in Google Search.
So the problem seems to be that the stylesheets are loading too slow and the site shows up without styles applied.
When I look up the site on my phone though it appears normal, no problems. Why does Google find this problem? I have made many other sites with enfold and they don’t have this problem…
Any idea what it could be?
Thanks LisaHi Rikard,
This website was completely not visible in Google until I did 3 things yesterday (not sure if they all contibuted to the site being on the first page of google today).

3. I made Google recrawl the site
The site comes up in Google now but when I do mobile test it says it’s mobile friendly but still shows a lot of files not loading properly.
Do you think the ht.access file was blocking Google?
Thanks LisaHi Rikard,
I’d like to reopen this ticket, is that possible?
Thanks LisaHi,
No I don’t, unless Wordfence Security has optimization features?
Cheers,
LisaHi Nikko,
I didn’t do anything to make it go to an optimized image url so why am I having this problem? And how can I fix it?
thanks,
LisaHi, here is the screenshot: https://snag.gy/LFlwTf.jpg
The logo should be a circle but sometimes get stretched like this and shows up normal other times….
Thanks,
LisaHow can I attach a screenshot?
thanks,
LisaAnd now it’s stretched again!! No idea what’s happening here, can you please have a look?
thanks LisaFor some reason it is ok again now so no need to have a look.
ThanksOh I finally figured it out:
.page-id-10 #main, .page-id-16 #main {Thanks!
You can close the thread.
Hi Mike,
This worked great until I tried to add the page id.
I tried:
body .page-id-10 #main {but this doesn’t work.
How do I add 2 page id’s to this?
Thanks,
LisaThanks so much, works great!

Thanks!Hi Rikard,
Thanks, that works great, I just deleted:
nav.main_menu {
display: block !important;
}
because two burger menu’s showed up :)
Thank you!Hi Rikard,
I don’t know if anything is blocking search engines in the .htaccess file, I don’t know what sort of code I’d be looking for…
Would you have an example?
The thing that worries me is that so many Enfold files are not loading properly, what could be causing this?
Thanks,
LisaI’ve updated Enfold and WordPress and site is working now. Still get a PHP warning but that must be the host.
You can close this.
ThanksWould it just be the PHP version? I’ve seen a message that it’s outdated…
Hi Rikard,
you can close it
ThanksYes this is great.
Thanks Nikko!Hi Victoria,
Even when I use your code, the top padding is still exactly the same. In your screenshot where the red arrow is pointing from: that is the area that is too high, I want to at least halve that area. If you look at the diagonal section on my homepage; all the content is closer to the bottom than the top, not centred.
And if I make the section higher to add a bit more green below the content, it adds all the green at the top and the padding gets even bigger!
I hope you understand what the problem is…
Thanks,
LisaHi Victoria,
The css code that you gave me is practically the same as the one I already was using, they both don’t work.
The code that had !important behind it didn’t work:
div.template-page.content {
padding-top: 0px !important;
}The weird thing is when I go to Chrome > Inspect, the top padding (about 50px) lights up on the screen but in the small bottom picture on the right it shows no top padding, just a bottom padding.
I have a screenshot I can send you but I don’t know how…
Can you please have another look?
Thank you,
LisaThanks Nikko, for some reason the map is working now!
I still haven’t solved my previous problem though:
This css is not working :
div.template-page.content {
padding-top: 0px !important;
}
the top padding in the home page diagonal section doesn’t get any smaller. I would like the content in the diagonal section to move up about 30px. Can you have a look and see why this code is not working?
Thank you!
LisaHi Basilis,
I don’t know what that means and what I need to do?
How do I get rid off the padding?Another thing; I’ve put an API key in for a Google map but I get this message:
Could not connect to Google Maps with this API Key.
It is not restricted and i’ve tried deactivation all plugins, but nothing has worked.
I have this same problem with another site as well…
I hope you can help me with this.
Thank you,
LisaHI Victoria,
I decided to use whitespace as padding and have added that where needed, (sorry I hadn’t seen your email yet) But now I want to add the code again:
div.template-page.content {
padding-top: 0px !important;
}
But now this code doesn’t work, the top padding doesn’t get any smaller. I would like the content in the diagonal section to move up about 30px. Can you have a look and see why this code is not working now?
Thank you so much,
LisaHi Mike,
I made my key unrestricted but it’s still not working. I have no idea what you mean by removing wildcard and trying http://
Please explain more in detail.
thank you,
LisaThat will be all, thanks very much!
