I did refer to that question. I realized after that thread was closed that my issue was not resolved. I used the new column settings as recommended but i am still having spacing issues.
1.The overall width of content that displays is smaller in some browsers than others.
2. Even images that are are 780 pixels wide in a one column layout are being sized down (on this page: http://jwheelerdesign.com/ver2/?page_id=61)
I updated the Enfold theme and looked at the Column settings popup.
On this page:
http://jwheelerdesign.com/ver2/?portfolio=audit-resource-centerI removed the padding from the color section (see the screenshot here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kwquj9ux9fo8db5/Color_section.png?dl=0)
I made sure the columns did not have any padding (see screenshot here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j6drsw5ty34oacv/Column_settings.png?dl=0)
But the images look the same. They are not displaying at full size. This is disappointing. I was really hoping this new upgrade would fix my problem. Part of the problem (as I mentioned in detail above with screenshots) is that the content is not displaying at 960 width. Any other ideas that I should try?
This is a test page that I created: http://jwheelerdesign.com/ver2/?page_id=180
It shows two rows. The top row has the image at full size. As soon as I add the arrows to the left and right it makes the main image smaller. There isn’t enough room with the columns (and the padding between them). Is there any way that I can make it work so that the image displays at full size?June 4, 2015 at 5:18 am in reply to: Enfold: Images are displaying smaller than full size. Awesome! Where can I find that setting?
That is really strange. I don’t have a zoom on my browser. I just checked and it says Actual Size. I am viewing in Chrome. When I view in Safari it is similar to your screenshot. I wonder whey it’s sizing down in Chrome.
Another thing I noticed is that the padding around image containers is quite large. It’s part of the reason my images are not displaying at full size. Is there any way to decrease the padding around image containers?

http://jwheelerdesign.com/ver2/?portfolio=audit-resource-centerHow do I include an attachment?
I’m on a 17 inch Mackbook Pro. We’ve tried it on several different monitor sizes. The area where the content spans is only around 750 wide on this monitor and larger desktop monitors.
Sorry 960 across.
The area of content is only about 750 wide. Even with a 50px padding on each side there should still be 110 px of space to use. Why does the content area not go to 860px across?

The computer image at the top is not designed to work as a slider (even though there are right and left arrows). Those arrows are going to scroll to the previous and next page, not a previous and next image in the slider. Regardless, that slider feature solution does not solve my problem. I’ll will try to explain it another way.
Every time I upload an image into my design it put’s it in a container with with a margin on the right and left of the image. As a result images are getting sized down within the container to fit. And my images are displaying smaller than full size.
Using the example referenced above:
The “Process” page is just one column wide. The text areas span the full width of the column, but the images do not.
You can see it here: http://jwheelerdesign.com/ver2/?page_id=61Is there any way to make the images expand the full width of the column, the way the text does here?
