Perfect, Mike – works like a charm.
Many thanks,
SusanneMany thanks for this, Rikard. Will do.
I think the problem is now solved. Please close the topic.
Best wishes,
SusanneHi,
yes, that works! Good solution, Rikard, many thanks! Will adapt the other pages accordingly.
You can close the topic, thank you!Yes, you can deactivate the plugins – I’ve done that too, without success.
I’m pretty sure it’s to do with the script form on all 3 pages, from cognito forms. But I need these forms!Hi Rikard,
Many thanks for this!
I deleted all trash files, as “classes” is a button without links!
So now all pages have their proper url.
SusanneHi Rikard,
thanks for your reply. If you go to https://www.tangonorfolk.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=623&action=edit or https://www.tangonorfolk.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=309&action=edit&classic-editor=1, and click to edit the text block, you’ll se this pink error message coming up. Fortunately at the moment it doesn’t show an empty text box, but did it before.
Certainly this error message shouldn’t pop up.I can send a screenshot if you want. Where can I post it?
Just fearing I’ll get this empty box again which I can’t edit. Something’s crashing with the avia builder button plugin!
I think I found the cause for this error: It only occurs on pages where I have inserted a script form set up on Cognito Forms, like on this page: https://www.tangonorfolk.com/classes__trashed/improve-your-tango/. There seems to be an incompatibility, although the forms displays correctly?
Fantastic work, Mike. Thank you so much!
It looks so much better now.
Best wishes,
SusanneHi Mike,
Thank you so much for all your effort.
I give you the login details below – could you please try to insert the code? Or do you need access to cpanel on the server?
SusanneHello Mike,
Thank you for the code.
I tried to insert it on different functions.php pages: one in wp-includes, one in Enfold and the one in Enfold.child.
In all 3 cases, the website crashed and this message appeared:
There has been a critical error on this website. So, no success, alas!
Anyway, thank you for you time! Thanks for this,
Mike.
I created a test page, see here: https://www.suemasondesign.com/test/
Again, the thumbs are blurred.
Any other ideas?
Thank you,
SusanneCan anybody help please?
Hi Victoria,
Just so you know – things have changed in the masonry pics settings…
Why didn’t you tell me that there is now a new option within the masonry settings re. either custom link to a pic or enlarge a pic?
I only found it out when searching within the forum.
It works now.
Thanks,
SusanneHi Victoria,
I’ve reset 2 of the links in the gallery and resaved them – to no avail. The links still don’t work.
Please can you help?
ThanksHello, is anybody out there to help?
Thank you!Yes Mike, please close it.
Thank you,
SusanneHi Jordan,

I’ll investigate the WC forums for the other issue. You can close the topic now.

SusanneThanks for this, Mike.
Let’s just hope that not too many potential buyers use Opera.Best wishes,
SusanneHi Mike,
It seems to show only in Opera which I use!
I also checked in Chrome – no yellow border.
How can I post a screenshot?
Or if you have Opera, please see for yourself.Thank you,
SusanneYou’ve done it, Jordan! Thank you so much!!! (Topic can be closed)
Susanne
Hi Jordan,
Thanks for this. Unfortunately it doesn’t change a thing.
Any other ideas?
SusanneSorry Rikard, here’s the link again: https://www.suemasondesign.com/portfolio/illustration/
Hi Jordan,
Maybe I didn’t find the right words.
If you go to this page https://www.suemasondesign.com/illustration/, you’ll see the captions (titles) underneath. It’s just the titles of the images, not a real caption. I want the font of these titles to be much larger.Any quick .css for this?
Many thanks,

This is now resolved. The topic can now be closed.

Thank you very much. That did the job. The topic can now be closed.

SusanneI’ve got the same problem on SEVERAL websites! Envato tells you to produce a new API private token. I’ve done this for all websites, but still get this error message.
What do I tell my clients who want to update the theme themselves but are not computer literate? They have to go into control panel of their server and upload the new version? What a pain! This problem has now been around for several months!
Can’t you discuss this problem with Envato? There are NO contact details or support on their website.
In the end, it’s not good for YOUR business…Hi there,
Silly me – I found the solution. In this case, I have to add the captions under each pic when I’m in the masonry gallery.
So please close this topic!Best wishes,

SusanneHi Rikard,
You think the problems with Envato tokens will be resolved? Are they working at resolving them?Best wishes,
SusanneNovember 4, 2018 at 12:25 pm in reply to: updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided #1029602Rikard,
Usually the process of updating Enfold was, as you know, via an API key provided by Envato/ThemeForest. I used to install this for my customers as soon as I bought the theme and Licence for them. They are all NOT computer literate. The API key doesn’t work any more. When trying to update you get this error message: An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
So what now? How can I tell my clients that they have to do a complicated action by going into their cpanel or hosting cloud and upload an update of Enfold? They don’t want to do things like that!It was pretty easy for those customers before, though already an effort for them. But now these people won’t want to do all this!
Why don’t you sell your theme yourself, through Kriesi, and provide an API key for automated updating? Instead of through Themeforest/Envato?
Or at least you could offer this option for theme upgrades?I’m sure there are thousands of customers out there who are very upset about Envato’s new procedure. This will damage your business which would be a big shame.
Best wishes,
Susanne -
