This is critical.
I had asked for help a few days past now my clients’ site as now the site not displaying at all. The found issue is with the layerslider in the theme. I am having problems updating the theme and layerslider to the latest version. Could you please update the LayerSlider and the theme to the latest version as well. Thank you kindly for your help as I am not tech savvy for these actions.

It’s fixed, it was a problem with the images themselves. Not the theme. Thank you for your help.

So de- activate and then re activate the plugins?

The image is loaded properly no switching on back end.
