Hi Andy – We’ve deactivated all non-essential plugins. Remaining active plugins are required for our site to function, thus we can’t turn them off to fix this. I’m hoping there is a fix for this issue with the current plugins as everything worked fine with these plug-ins prior to upgrading to 3.3.2 of Enfold

Hi Elliott – Sadly we can’t just deactivate all of our plugins as they are needed for our site to function. Is there any reason this worked fine with our existing plugins before the upgrade but not after?

Thanks Rikard. We updated the theme and it fixed the issue. However, the update caused another issue that I will post separately about.

The site in question is live and our business depends on it remaining functional.
Because of this, I’m happy to provide admin login access, but can you please verify that *no* changes to the site or plugins will be made?
My hope is that you can spot the issue and let us know what to do so that we can do it in a sandbox to ensure our customers and business are not negatively impacted
Hi Ismael – Did you see my previous reply? We tried deactivating plugins and it didn’t help. Also if the alt text was the issue, shouldn’t the issue reproduce on all posts with featured images containing that alt text? Right now, the first 7 posts work just fine despite having the same alt text as all the other posts
Hi Elliott – If the alt text was the issue, shouldn’t the issue reproduce on all posts with featured images containing that alt text? I ask because that’s not what’s happening. All the posts and all the featured images are all the same from a theme perspective, yet as you can see at http://pages.sanesolution.com, the preview pictures simply stop showing at some point as you scroll down the page.
Can you help here?

Yes…they all have featured images and all of them…including the posts which are showing up correctly have this ALT text on their featured images which explains some of the odd source you were seeing: Starvation Is NOT Healthy. We tried the plugin deactivation. But it didn’t help.
We think it’s a theme issue given that all the posts are setup the same but only some show the photo as we’ve setup in the blog settings of the theme
Hi Andy – Sorry about that and will do.
Toggling plugins is not necessary at this point as our developer fixed it via the notes I left in the private section of my initial post…and the fix had nothing to do with plugins.
My question is why this issue happened after upgrading to WordPress 4.2.3 and how we can avoid it in the future. I’d imagine you’d be able to determine this given your understanding of the recent WordPress update, the major issue we faced, how our developers fixed the issue, and how Enfold works.

1. Why this happend after the WordPress 4.2.3 update

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have cleared the following caches before submitting a ticket and still see the issue:
-Reset modem
-Cleared DNS and CDN cache on the site
-Cleared browser cache
-forced refreshThe pages look like they are OK, but they are missing text under the questions that should be there. You can see there is no answer to the questions.
This issue has been there for a few days. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Yigit – This is happening on a production ecommerce site so we unfortunately can’t disable our plugins…but if it helps, we’ve made no changes to any plugins nor added any between the time when this was working and now…when it’s not working.
How else may I help?

One more question, how can I make all the text within the table have the darker font color (right now the font color alternates between rows…and I’d just like it all to be the darker gray). Thanks!
Hi Rikard – Thank you. Didn’t do any customization and if it help, this doesn’t seem to happen every time. For instance, if you try to load the page 10 times, this bug will not happen each of the 10 times.
Any idea how we may be able to fix this?
