I used the download from 3 weeks ago for the enfold theme and now i get the live preview. Deleting the theme in the first place did not fix my issue of having multiple data of everything from installing demo data. I have gone through and delted the posts, pages and other stuff. Please help

The site is up strato-comp.com. I have disabled all plugins. No matter what I do, I can not get HomeV9 parallax to take. I have looked through documentation but i do not see anything that jumps out at me. It should be as simple as selecting what page I was as home static page.
Ok, I found that and fixed it under Customize. The other issue, I am trying to set the homepage to parallax. I have done so under appearance > customization and saved it. It does not seem to be taking
I am trying to use enfold which is the template i paid for and I want to use this data http://demo.whmcsconnect.com/wordpress/enfold/ I am a hosting company.
I was looking for the hosting demo stuff so it would tie in with my whmcsconnect stuff. I selected the default demo and my site looks jacked up, I made sure to turn off my caching plugin
