I found they´ve changed some CSS, so this CSS-Snippet works for me and brings the checkbox-text back:

.avia_ajax_form.av-form-labels-hidden label.input_checkbox_label {
position: initial !important;
}

Place it in the Quick-CSS-Box on theme options -> styling
