Thanks, Victoria :). However, as I stated in the previous post, those fields are not editable.
I think I’m just going to have to reinstall WordPress and make sure I’m installing into the HTTPS environment.

I mistyped on the previous post it should have read “I’ve already changed the site to HTTPS.” To be clear, If I navigate to the site using HTTPS then navigation as a visitor works great. But when I’m editing a page and click on the “Permalink” (which still says “HTTP”) I receive the 404 error. If I go to Settings/General I can see that the Permalink is set as HTTP not HTTPS, but it’s not editable.

I actually had just read this article. It’s not, however, resolving my issue. Let me attempt to be a clearer…
I’ve already changed the site to HTTP. And I can navigate to the various pages on the site. The problem is that in the general settings (admin) it’s still listing “HTTP:…” not “HTTPS: …” . the article states to edit this but my fields are not editable. So the only problem I’m having is with the PermaLink setting within WordPress AND it only seems to impact me when I’m attempting to click on the “Permalink” from the “Edit Page” screen. If I’m surfing the site through a browser all the links work just fine.

So, here’s an update! When I updated to 4.1.2, I realized I was not running HTTPS for this site. So, I switched the site. THAT is what has broken the “Permalinks” within WP. How do I change the whole site to HTTPS as far as WP is concerned?

Here is a temp admin login
None of the page links work since I upgraded to 4.1.2

May 8, 2017 at 5:51 pm in reply to: Is It possible to add other Icons to the right side of the header? #789742Sarah,
I’ve successfully added the header widget. But I don’t know how to add the icon(s) to it. To be clear, I’m just wanting to add to small icons in the header to the right of the main menu. They don’t need to be interactive.
Thanks for your help!

I’ll give this a whirl and let you know my results.
Yigit,
:)! OK! I read a little bit further this time (it helps when I follow instuctions)! I changed the folder in the child theme to simply “shortcodes” and placed the .php file there. It still didn’t work … automatically. Then I read the notes with the php file …
/**
* Popup Elements
*
* If this function is defined in a child class the element automatically gets an edit button, that, when pressed
* opens a modal window that allows to edit the element properties
*
* @return void
*/Voila! Sure enough when I go to the element in Avia Layout Builder I now have an option for Vertical Alignment!
Thanks so much, Yigit!
Yigit,
Not working yet. I added the file to the child theme (placed it within the folder path you spelled out). When I go to page source I still see this …
<div data-av-tab-section-content=”1″ class=”av-layout-tab av-animation-delay-container av-active-tab-content __av_init_open avia-builder-el-2 el_before_av_tab_sub_section avia-builder-el-first ” style=”vertical-align:middle; ” data-av-tab-color=”#ffffff”><div class=”av-layout-tab-inner”><div class=”container”>
Thanks so much, Yigit! I’ll let you know if I’m successful!
To be clear, I’m talking about the “Tab Section Layout Element” not the “Tabs Content Element”.
Thanks for this tip, Yigit!
Basilis,
Never mind. I downloaded the enfold fresh. Found the file and uploaded and now all is good!
SteveBasilis,
Glad you’re here! I have the same problem! I use wordfence and it let me know this file was malware (apparently it’s not?). So, I allowed WordFence to remove it. Now my entire site is blank … I can’t figure out where to find the file to replace it. Is there a way to get only that file?
Thanks (I’m more than a little panicked),
SteveThanks, Vinay. The link is https://suiteflow.com/wp/index.php/faq/. I simply can’t figure it out!
SteveRock on, Yigit! That did the trick. I’m beginning to figure this out … I’ve never coded CSS before; just a dumb database guy ;).
One question: why do I have to place “!important” after some pairings? (I’ve noticed some don’t work without it)
Thanks,
Stevewhoops. forgot to post the link.
suiteflow.com/wpThanks,
SteveThanks for the quick reply, Yigit.
That caused the entire tab element to be 33% of the width of the entire page.What next?
