    Hi,

    Thanks to your suggestion, I figured out that the other Portfolio post type was coming from Jet Pack. Disabling that functionality worked! No idea why it broke now, when it was always there for years without a conflict. Everything seems to be working now.

    Hi,

    There are two places to add portfolio items on the sidebar. One is “Portfolio” which has nothing in it. The other place is the “Portfolio Items” one, between Enfold Child and WooCommerce, where all of the portfolio items are, which is the one tied to the Portfolio Grid element in the Avia Layout Builder, which is broken.

    Thank you for the quick response on a weekend!

    Sorry the support login didn’t work. It works now. Could you please try again and see if you can figure out where the issue is?

    I tried your suggested steps above when I was troubleshooting with my hosting company. It didn’t solve the issue, so I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict. There must be something corrupted in the Portfolio Links element in the page builder.

    Can you please troubleshoot this further? Is there maybe a way to reinstall the Avia Layout Builder?
