There should have been 4 screenshots from Chome on a chromebook, and 3 photos taken of the screen on an ipad. The only thing I’m concerned about really is the ipad. The owner of Danker antiques uses that iPad. I was in a phone shop yesterday and tested the site on several ipads and samsung tablets, and there were no issues. I don’t have an ipad or any apple product.
I just tried changing sizes in Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge on Windows and at one point as I’m shrinking the browser, the right and left images disappear in the footer before it makes the switch to the mobile version of the footer. This happens at about 740 pixel wide screen. It switches to the mobile version at 712 pixels. My guess is that their ipad screen in portrait mode is somewhere in between those widths. If we could get it to switch to mobile version at 740 or so, it might solve the problem.September 25, 2018 at 2:46 pm in reply to: Controlling transitions between screen sizes on Enfold #1014201This reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard,
Thanks for this. This is on the right track but not exactly correct yet. This code puts the purchase button to the left of and on the same line as the price, and the enquiry button below. I played around a little with other floats but I haven’t gotten it the way I want it – price and shipping on one line, two buttons below on the next line.
You can see what it looks like now at the same url.
SteveI found the answer to this/ Thanks
Hi Victoria,
I didn’t have control over the dns for a while and was using a hosts file to work on the site. The link works now. Could you check again please? I still have the same issue.
ThanksThanks Rikard, that did the trick. Except I wanted 4 columns instead of 5. I put in this code to get 4 columns to lay out nicely:
.shop_columns_4 .products .product {
width: 24% !important;
}Best regards

Thanks, that helped, but I have another issue. I don’t want a sidebar on the page, but it looks like it is still being rendered though nothing is in it. There are four images per row, though I’ve set it to be 5, and they are all shifted toward the left instead of centred on the site. If I change the number of images to 4 per row, only 3 per row are displayedm and they are still shifted to the leftf. Is there some way to centre the images?
Thanks
