March 20, 2015 at 9:44 pm in reply to: Using Different Logos On Transparent Header and Sticky Header #415544
Hi, an update: when you hise the logo on the homepage with the transparent header, i have just noticed that the logo is also hidden on the about us page, until you scroll down and the sticky header kicks in, it looks like when you hide the logo on the transparent header, it also hides it on all the other pages too, until you scroll down and the sticky header logo kicks in, so the question i maybe should of asked originally is:
Using custom css i have created 2 logos one main logo and one for the sticky header, but i only want to hide the main logo on the homepage, but not on any of the others, can this be done and if possible how, thanks guys (ps loving the theme, on my second license and going to use enfold now for all other future projects)… GREAT THEME!

Hi, this link shows how you can see the background image left and right, but there is no gap at the top or bottom, the website goes right to the top and bottom, what i am looking for is say a 25px gap at the top and bottom, so there is a border all the way around, showing the background image, hope this makes sense? thanks… :-)
October 24, 2014 at 8:15 am in reply to: how to create a top and bottom border with a boxed layout #340493hi, how to i add a screen shot? i know you can add a background, this is easy, so in boxed layout i can add a background image no problem, but my question is in boxed mode you can see the background image used on either side of the main content, but not at the top or bottom, thats all i want, the content area starts right at the top of the web browser and finished right at the bottom, there is no space so you can see the background image above the header or below the footer socket, if you let me know how to post an image i’ll point to where i mean, i can’t make it any clearer, thanks in advance… :-)
October 23, 2014 at 6:31 pm in reply to: how to create a top and bottom border with a boxed layout #340287hi, the code you have supplied just creates a border of said pixels and colour around the main content area, what i was looking for was; in boxed layout you can choose to use a background image, once selected the boxed website shows the background image on the left and right on the main content area, hence boxed layout, but the content area goes right to the top and right to the bottom, so you cannot see the background image above the header or below the footer, hope this is clearer, thanks in advance… :-)

July 28, 2014 at 11:19 am in reply to: How to change bottom border colour of title/breadcrumbs bar #296659PERFECT!!!!! all done, thanks for your persistence guys, we got there in the end, you can close the question now and massive thanks again!
July 28, 2014 at 10:51 am in reply to: How to change bottom border colour of title/breadcrumbs bar #296650so close guys… this code does indeed remove the top border, but only of the slide, if you look under the slide you can see the main page content top grey border still. If you forget the home page with the slider and click on another page, you will see the green title bar now with a bottom black border, all good… but… below the black bottom border is a grey line, this is not the slider border but the top border of the main page content, this is what i need removing or the css to change the colour.
So to summarise, the green title bar now does have a black border top and bottom… great! but below the bottom black border is the grey top border of the main page content which i need removing. i can go into inspect element and untick border-top-width and the grey line dissapears, it is under .container-wrap, but i don’t know css to work it out, hope this helps, the code is below where you canuntick the border-top-width and the grey border disapears, hope this helps guys, we are sooooooooooooooooo close… ;-)
media=”all”
.container_wrap {
clear: both;
position: relative;
/* z-index: 1; */
border-top-style: solid;
/* border-top-width: 1px; */July 28, 2014 at 9:33 am in reply to: How to change bottom border colour of title/breadcrumbs bar #296597ok guys, i think we are nearly there (really appreciate all the help), the title container code does put a black border now underneath the title bar, but the grey border is still present, it looks like this is the main content area top border, could you magic up some css to remove this grey main area top border, if you look at the website you can see the thin grey line under the new black one. what would be ideal would be the css to change the main area top border colour to black (hope this makes sense),,, thanks loads!
July 27, 2014 at 5:57 pm in reply to: How to change bottom border colour of title/breadcrumbs bar #296489Hi guys, i don’t think i’m making myself clear, the code you have supplied (thanks anyway) underlines the breadcrumb text, if you look at the website http://www.bloxwichfencing.co.uk you will see the page title and breadcrumbs text sit inside a green bar, which fills the full width of the page. The green bar top border is black, but the green bar bottom border is grey (as this is the default border colour i have used in the enfold settings), but i want this green bar bottom border to be black, i have tried to draw it below:
—————————————————————————————————————– green bar top border is black
HOME you are here: Home
—————————————————————————————————————– green bar bottom border (I NEED THIS TO BE BLACK)hope this is clearer? thanks guys… :-)
July 27, 2014 at 12:06 pm in reply to: How to change bottom border colour of title/breadcrumbs bar #296437Hi, the code supplied does exactly that, puts a border underneath the breadcrumb text, but i need the code for the bottom border of the whole title bar, which at present is grey as that is what the border colour has been set to in the options, but i need the bottom border of the whole title bar to be black, so all the other borders stay grey i just need a bit of code to do this, hope i’m making sense?
So to confirm, the green title bar that covers the whole width of the page, which includes the page title and the breadcrumbs at the moment has a grey border, i need this to be black, thanks guys, we’ll get there in the end… ;-)

absolutely fabulous!!! thanks again for the spot-on support, this question can now be closed… :-)

hi, i have to sign up etc and i try not too, but the error is now live, if you go to http://www.bloxwichfencing.co.uk and click on the about us page, you can see the sidebar border is white, using the css coding above, but the section underneath the widget area content displays the border as set in the theme (black), it’s just a small section of the sidebar at the bottom, below is the bit of code from inspect element where you can change it:
.related_posts.av-related-style-full a {
border-color: #000000;hope this helps… :-)
how do you send a screen shot, i did do a screen dump but have no option to upload an image? thanks…
Hi, i added this code and it just made the whole sidebar border black and kind of swapped what was happening, look at website, i’ve left so you can see… :-0
Hi, i managed to find the code from the support forum:
#top .main_color input[type=’text’] { background-color: #f0eadd; border: solid 1px #ccc; }
#top .main_color textarea { background-color: #f0eadd; border: solid 1px #ccc; }
You can now close this case, thanks for the help, great support!
SORRY!!! one more border code required… for the contact form field boxes, i don’t know if it would be easier just changing the sidebar border colour, rather than all the individual elements, would you have that too so i can test?
thanks again, appreciate it! :-)
