I have one urgent problem: I have a layer slider on my homepage that doesn’t show. I’ve tried to empty the cache, I’ve even activated “always load all elements” on themes options, tried to apply a shortcode but nothing.
This is the layerslider that I would like on homepage, it is called “Prodotti homepage”: https://www.step-lab.com/64414-2/

So you see a blank white space?!
And then on mobile devices there is also a huge whitespace even if I set “hide on mobile” under 500px on layerslider settings. On other pages the layerslider is functioning without any problem.
It is urgent.I’ll leave you my WP credentials to analyze the bug.

I’ve changed the element to icon grid and i’ve managed to do some personalizations in css.
These are the things I cannot manage to change:
1.) I would like the corners to be rounded
2.) I would like to add some shadow to each box
3.) I would like to reduce the height of each box, I can see now is set to min-heigh: 290px but I cannot manage to reduce it to 250 px.This is the page: https://www.step-lab.com/prodotti/attuatori-elettrodinamici-con-motori-lineari/

There is the third point that is unsolved: I would like the corners of the tables to be more rounded. Now I can see that there is a 3px value but I want to bring it to 8px.Thank you,
AnitaYou can see that the title and the form are not centered respectfully to the page, the left side has less space than the right side.

AnitaI’ve resolved the icons question, I didn’t see the uploaded icons because of the cache problem. I’ve purged the cache and now the icons are visible!

I’ve installed the PHP ZipArchive and manage to upload a fontello font via Icon Font manager.
I’ve created and uploaded an svg icons on http://fontello.com/ and then I’ve downloaded the webfont in zip archive. I’ve uploaded it via Icon Font manager and all went well. thanks for the first point, I’ll contact my hosting provider.For the second point I’ve tried and the only thing is that I can’t see the rounded corners really, it seams that only the shadow corners get rounded and not the box with the link and image.

I have similar problem: I’m trying to add a page in english into the menu. When I click “save” the 403 page appears…?
Also when I’m trying to add a style to the element it does not take it. I’ve purged all caches and nothing happens.

I’m having some trouble at setting, in the Advanced Style Tab of child theme, the h1-h6 titles. I set a certain font size and purge all chaches and nothing happens. I’ve also checked if there vas some setting inside the layout builder but that is not the case. What could prevent this possibility?

I’m also having trouble to set which elements to be visible on desktop and which one on mobile screen. I set everything by checking the boxes on Screen Options tab and when I update the site, all chaches purged, I see double elements on desktop size. These elements are set to be visible on mobile!

I wanted to know how I can resolve these two problems:

I’ve looked at the whole site and now there is only the “test” menu visible on all layouts that have sidebar active. I’ve wanted that “test” menu is applied only on the Case Study Detail layout.
