Hi Jordan,
If I encounter any further issues I’ll repost.
Thank you again,
Steffen
Thanks for that Mike.
Regards,
SteffenN.B. I forgot to mention that it’s more specifically when images are inserted into text.
February 18, 2017 at 1:42 pm in reply to: how to create a two column form & how to increase the size of select field size? #748836Hi Andy,
Thanks for the code. It works nicely.
Just on another note could you advise how I might be able to create a two column enquiry form with the one submit button? I’ve created an example in photoshop to explain what I mean. Below is the link to the jpeg. Maybe I’ve overlooked something in the theme form??
Kind regards,
Steffen
February 6, 2017 at 2:49 pm in reply to: how to create a two column form & how to increase the size of select field size? #743384Hi Rikard,
Just wondering if you’ve had a chance to look at the URL of the test form I sent? This form has been created with the contact form (content element) and I can’t see a way to create two columns. Do I need to modify a template of some description?Re the selection field, can the field size be increased in height to display all of the selection options? Please let me know if you need anything else.
Kind regards,
Steffen
February 2, 2017 at 2:15 pm in reply to: how to create a two column form & how to increase the size of select field size? #741781Hi Rikard,
Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve provided a link to a test form-the link URL is provided in the private field.
At the bottom of the form, just before the Submit button, is a drop down menu. I’d like to have all of the selections showing rather than only a few of them. Can this selection field be increased to show all of the available options?
In regards to the form layout I’d like the form to be spread over two columns rather than just one long form. Can this be done? Please let me know if you need any further information.
Kind regards,
Steffen
July 25, 2016 at 3:54 pm in reply to: Enfold doesn't seem to be displaying properly in IE 11 #664707Hi Vinay,
Just disregard the last question. I’ve reapplied all of the settings using the correct spelling i.e. “Theme Name” and will see how this goes in IE.

Steffen
July 25, 2016 at 2:37 pm in reply to: Enfold doesn't seem to be displaying properly in IE 11 #664659Hi Vinay,
Thank you for that. That’s very interesting. I’ve renamed the child theme style.css back to “Theme nmae” to activate the old settings which seemed to work but by doing so will this cause the same issue again in IE?
Kind regards,
Steffen

Thanks for getting back to me. That would be great if you could please take a look.
I’ve included all of what you requested in the private area.

Hi Andy,
Sorry about mentioning all those points. I’ll keep that in mind for future reference.
1) It behaves a bit strangely. When you view the iPad vertically first, click on the menu, let it expand, close the expanded menu and then rotate it horizontally it behaves properly. If you leave the iPad in the horizontal position and then refresh the website, the menu displays in the expanded mode (to the right of the screen) before you click on it.
2) I wasn’t sure what you meant in reply post #659204 – “seems you could fix everything”. I thought that perhaps some of the customised coding I added to the Quick CSS needed adjusting?
3) Will investigate the plugins.
Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Andy,
Thanks for your reply.
Just a few things:-
1) When the website is viewed in the vertical position on the iPad the responsive menu is fine. It’s just when it’s viewed in the horizontal position the menu is expanded. https://www.dropbox.com/s/5qwsde1iitvrz21/screenshot%20of%20iPad%20horizontal.jpg?dl=0
2) RE what you said “It seems you could fix everything”. Are there areas of the responsive coding that should be improved upon? If so could you advise what areas I would need to address.
3) Just to confirm, with the website displaying differently in IE 11, I need to deactivate the installed plugins? I just wasn’t sure if deactivating the plugins was to do with point 1 (i.e. iPad) or this one.

Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Andy,
OK. I’ll try that. In regards to you deactivating the plugins that would be fine however would it possible to deactivate the plugins later at night when there is minimal activity and interruption?
Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Andy,
Just a couple of things.
Firstly, thank you for the link to the code. It seems to work OK though when you click through pages in horizontal mode on the iPad the mobile menu seems to expand automatically (Please see attached screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/5qwsde1iitvrz21/screenshot%20of%20iPad%20horizontal.jpg?dl=0
Also, just on another note, I’ve been made aware that the website displays differently when viewed in IE 11 (Please see attached screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/2zkiti7de9ccif5/screenshot%20ambtravel%20displayed%20in%20ie11.jpg?dl=0).
Is there any fix for this?
Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Ismael,
Great! Thanks for that. The CSS code for the tables worked a treat. The logo image however doesn’t seem to be scaling. Any thoughts what I could do to make this scale on various devices so it’s not overlapping across the top menu.
Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Ismael,
Thank you for that. The code works perfectly.
I have another problem though. I seem to be having issues with the responsive layout on iPads for certain elements. Please see attached screenshot. https://www.dropbox.com/s/0pdl4vydcl5znuc/iPad-Screenshot.jpg?dl=0
and here’s the link http://ambassadortravel.com.au/new/horseracingtours/
I’ve updated the theme as you suggested but I’m not too sure where I need to be looking to make any changes. Could you please help with this. I’ve also provided login details again to the site if required.Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Andy,
Thanks for your quick reply. I do believe I have the latest version of the theme. Please see attached screenshot (https://www.dropbox.com/s/b4gzdwwh3p5upl9/Screen%20Shot%20Enfold%20Theme%20update.jpg?dl=0) I added the API key to the theme options as per the instructions outlined in your link so I’m not too sure what could be causing the submenu not to display. I’ve included my login details in the private area and would really appreciate if you could take a look to see what might be causing the issue. Also just to let you know that I’ve added some custom css to the Quick CSS area.
Kind reqards,
Steffen.
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for that but I’m still experiencing issues, please see attached screenshot showing the issues: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u5xptw2j4oxjn4p/Screenshot%20-%20sidebar%20issues%20-%20enfold.jpg?dl=0
1. There is a white space going through the background of the selected link and following through to other elements of right hand side of page
2. The background height of the selected link has increased
3. The text of the selected link is no longer centred vertically, heading more towards the top of the background.Could there be some issues with the initial code setup for the sidebar? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
SteffenHi Vinay,
Thanks for your response but it hasn’t really changed too much, only sightly decreasing the navy background height of the’Horse Racing Tours’ link but the gap still remains. http://ambassadortravel.com.au/new/home/
I can’t work out what is causing this problem. Do you think that there may be some overriding code? Just to note, this is what I currently have in the Quick CSS field. Is there some other code I need to be looking at?Regards,
Steffen

}Hi Andy,
Thanks for that but the sidebar menu format changes when ‘Horse Racing Tours’ is selected. If you click on the URL
http://ambassadortravel.com.au/new/home/ or alternatively go to http://ambassadortravel.com.au/new/ –> Our Tours –> Horse Racing Tours you’ll see the format change with the navy background height increased where it reads ‘Horse Racing Tours’ (which is in yellow) and increased gap between the first and second sidebar menu (Please see attached screenshot) https://www.dropbox.com/s/aj2mxwqdk0ubc15/Screen%20Shot%20-%20%20Sidebar%20link%20format.jpg?dl=0Any ideas why this is happening?
Regards,
Steffen
Thanks Vinay. The code was helpful though there are still a couple of issues that I can’t seem to work out. The height of the navy background is higher than the rest of the links and there’s a slight gap between the first and second links as well as no white bottom border. Please see attached screenshot. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/aj2mxwqdk0ubc15/Screen%20Shot%20-%20%20Sidebar%20link%20format.jpg?dl=0)
I tried playing around with the code but nothing seemed to change any of the issues. Would you have any thoughts on how to fix this?
Regards,
Steffen.
Hi Andy,
Thanks for that. That’s great and has worked well. There is another issue however, when you click on the sidebar links, the formatting changes. Please see attached screenshoot showing before and after clicking the link (https://www.dropbox.com/s/scydq2pvfocvqnt/Screen%20Shot-sidebar-links.jpg?dl=0). I’m trying to find the coding for this but don’t seem to have any luck. Could you help with this.
Regards,
Steffen
Hi Jordan,
Thanks for that. It’s working well now. Just another question in regards to the position of the coloured sidebar, is it possible for the colour to start under the submenu and below the black line (please see attached screenshot – https://www.dropbox.com/s/qsfovc4o97cx9fs/Screen%20Shot%20-%20coloured%20sidebar.jpg?dl=0).
Regards,
Steffen
Hi, I installed Enfold, created a child theme which worked fine…. pages, Fullwidth Easy Slider and all.
Just updated my WordPress installation and the Fullwidth Easy Slider stopped working on all pages.
Nothing else has changed.
Tried the above mentioned method of disabling all plugins – no difference.
Would appreciate any help I can get on thisThanks,
Steff=)
