Hello,
As a matter of fact, we get the same. Please check out https://www.steel-blue.ch/test/. You will figure out that customers still appear in the partners carousel.
As mentioned bfore, in the meantime I’ve also tried to recreate a new carousel based on the Personalied layout component, but it led to the same behaviour.
EmmanuelHello Rikard,
Sorry, but it was unclear what you expected. Which new page shall we produce and for what purpose ?
In the meantime, we’ve figured out we should use the Peronalized layout component to display the banner. the change has been made throughout the whole site, with a lot of hope. Unfortunately, this did not change anything.
We’ve created new partials, considering the existing one could be somehow buggy, but this also did not bring the expected results.
Can you please provide details instructions on what should be done to help you understand what’s going on there ?
Emmanuel34.247.25.235 is the IP address of the server where the web site relies. The question is : why is the image served from that IP and not the domain name ? And why did it come by to normal behaviour without action on our side a few minutes later ?
Hello, it just happened again. Please have a look at the landing page http://www.steel-blue.ch and figure out the image on the right hand side of the page is missing. Is there anything we can do in order to help you troubleshoot this ?

In that main page :
– the block “Ils nous font confiance” refers to partial https://www.steel-blue.ch/partials/partial-ils-nous-font-confiance/
– the block “Partenaires” refers to partial https://www.steel-blue.ch/partials/partial-partenaires/However, “Partenaires” displays the other block. If you go to partial “Parternaires”, edit and save it, then the block displays the right partial… but the first partial then displays the “Parternaires” info !

Indeed, adding the image helped, although it requires to remove first and add and reconfigure then. Not much convenient, but we’ll live with that…
Thank you for your help,
EmmanuelHello Ismael,
I’ve tried to disable a few options I could find here, purging the cache each time, but it did not help.
EmmanuelHello,
Thank you for checking. We shall wait for the next update rather than placing some more CSS options. We prefer relying on default options and modifying only what is necessary.
EmmanuelHello,
Please check out page : Conseil et stratégie IT : Steel Blue vous guide dans votre digitalisation
Look at the 3rd block (white background, just next to the first blue block, containing light gray blocks “Conseil et stratégie IT” and “Domaines d’expertise”). You will notice light gray blocks do not have margins anymore.
The same goes for the white blocks here : https://www.steel-blue.ch/etudes-de-cas/#top
And also the same here : Transformation digitale et gestion de projet informatique for blocks “Planification”, “Gestion du changement”, “Documentation”.
Please let me know if the bug that will be fixed next Monday would fix those issues, before we consider creating a WP admin account for you.

The option is already active, and was checked yesterday as per some posts found here and there on the Kriesi support forums.
Please find credentials in the private content.
