April 21, 2014 at 6:06 pm in reply to: $20 for rush fixes. Easy, but time-sensitive. Thank you! #253956Little confused. I have all of the following code currently in my quick css:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { #top .avia-smallarrow-slider { min-height: 1250px !important; }} #top .avia-smallarrow-slider { min-height: 280px !important; } @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { section.slide-entry.flex_column { width: 45%!important; margin-right: 4%!important; }} .html_header_top.html_header_sticky #main{ padding-top: 0 !important; } .avia-content-slider-active .slide-entry-wrap { min-height: 250px; } .avia-builder-el-0 { margin: -30px 0 -40px 0; height: 60px; } .main_color:first-child .template-page.content.twelve.alpha.units { padding-top: 0; } @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .main_color:first-child .template-page.content.twelve.alpha.units { padding-bottom: 30px; } }
What should I change? Thank you.
April 21, 2014 at 4:25 pm in reply to: $20 for rush fixes. Easy, but time-sensitive. Thank you! #253903Tried both, clearing cache and history before each try and there seems to be no difference whatsoever. It is still apparent on the mobile versions. Please review ASAP. Thank you!
April 21, 2014 at 3:51 pm in reply to: $20 for rush fixes. Easy, but time-sensitive. Thank you! #253866Cleared the cache and history on mobile versions and tried again but the problem still occurs. The “movement” appears to be less, but it still moves up and down on its own. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
April 21, 2014 at 3:30 pm in reply to: $20 for rush fixes. Easy, but time-sensitive. Thank you! #253850This seems to have solved the issue EXCEPT for mobile versions (i.e., it is still moving up and down on mobile versions). Please respond as soon as you can. Thank you for your persistence.

April 21, 2014 at 1:42 am in reply to: $20 for rush fixes. Easy, but time-sensitive. Thank you! #253645Hi Josue. That worked for #1. Please let me know ASAP about the other three problems and I will send $20 immediately. Thank you.
Hi Ismael. Thank you for the reply. I have updated the theme like you suggested. The problem still exists however. In addition, there are a few other problems that arose with the update. It is critical that I have these problems fixed within the next few hours please. To compensate you for the rush, I will send you $20 as soon as fixes can be made.
Thank you.
Here are the links to screenshots of the problems as well as the descriptions of the problems in order of their importance:
1) Additional space problem
2) Random movement problem
3) Extra rows problem
4) Slider problemThat worked! Thank you!

April 6, 2014 at 10:54 pm in reply to: Ability for site users to attach files and send through the site? #247960Thank you Devin,
After reviewing the plugins, I am a little hesitant to allow this option for site users. I am afraid it will leave an open invitation for malicious users to upload irrelevant files that may compromise my site or the security of clients uploading their residency applications. What is your opinion on that please?
Thanks again!

December 20, 2013 at 6:24 am in reply to: WordPress repeatedly logs me out automatically. Can't log in anymore. #202441Resolved. Thank you.
The problem was resolved by upgrading to the latest version of WordPress. Thank you.
What do you mean by “deafult theme”? The default WordPress theme, or your own default theme? If it is your own default theme, what specifically, do you mean and how do I do that? Thank you.
This needs to be fixed immediately. I have tested on all browsers and still all have the same problem. I have a deadline by Tuesday, 11:59 PM EST. Hate to be rude, but will have to rate poorly if this can’t be resolved. Do a lot of business with Envato and my business also depends on it. Willing to work with you, but this needs to be resolved in a few hours or less. It has already been 24 hours.
Also tested on Safari. Same issue.
Did not install any plugins.
Please respond ASAP!!!
That worked! Thank you so much!
In addition, the mobile version has an even worse problem with padding above and below the logo. For both the PC and mobile versions, I would like only a 5-10px of padding on top and bottom of the logo please. Thank you!
Thank you. This is a little better, but there is still a large portion of white space above the logo. If you could please let me know how to remove that space so it is proportional the the white space below the logo, I would sincerely appreciate the help. Thank you.
I did, but I would like to know how to decrease the top and bottom padding around the logo, plus it would also be nice if the logo would not be so big. So (1) how can I decrease the top and bottom padding around the logo, and (2) how can I decrease the logo size?
Thank you!
