OMG… I finally figured it out… in the first paragraph, the text uses a “<” to represent “less than” and that’s causing the issue…. I changed that symbol to “less than” and all is fixed…. incredibly simple and crazy.
I tried recreating the page several times and it keeps doing the same thing. I tried cloning a working page and that works fine until I update the text and photos then it goes back to this crazy error. The stranger thing is that if you push the “Preview Changes” button it looks fine, but if you publish and try to “View Page” you see the code. If you go into edit page even now and push on the “Preview Changes” button, the page looks fine. What could be causing this?!?!?!?!
A temp admin login is below. Just so you know, I’ve restored my site back to before the WP and Enfold backup and that fixed some of the issues I was having but if you look at the Dimmability page, it is still showing the Code for some reason instead of the actual layout. All I did was go into the Advanced Layout Editor for that page and updated the text that was in my original layout and now it looks like this: http://www.filamentolighting.com/dimmability/
I haven’t coded anything…. The entire layout is done through the Layout Editor. Can you tell me why it’s leaving off those tags? and what can be done to fix it???
that doesn’t work… did you test it and see it work on your side? You can see the issue on any of the dropdowns under “Solutions” since all those pages are laid out the same…. I have removed the code you sent since it didn’t work. Any other ideas?
FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX IT…. at least for now ;o)
Any progress on this yet? I need that icon removed both on mobile (where it is a static ‘play’ button triangle) and and icon also “loads” right in the middle of the video on the homepage on the desktop version… is there a way to remove both altogether???
This brought it side by side but I still need them centered AND for there to be space between them… any ideas?
also.. I’ve had this other request in but I haven’t received a response that works… if you look right in the center of the video when you refresh the page, you will see a little “loading” icon that I need to disappear (both on desktop AND mobile)…. I was given some code but it doesn’t work (it’s still in there)
On my homepage, the very top color section (where the video is) currently has a color overlay that I applied that covers the entire video. I’d like that overlay to be a box that covers only 50% of the width and height instead of 100%. I can figure out how to change the size of it but can’t get it to be centered horizontally and vertically.
So in the end, the box will be behind both the Heading text and the 2 buttons underneath.
foreget it… I ended up using Royal Pretty Photo plugin and it works now. I just thought there was a way without having to use a 3rd party plugin. Maybe in the future, the ?iframe=true can be fixed so it works inside the iconbox?
I’ve tried adding that… but it doesn’t work inside of my iconBox….that has been the ongoing issue… login info below:

Please check again… Looks like you might have clicked on the BUTTON. I was just testing to see if the iframe worked anywhere and it does work when you use it on the button but I don’t need it as a button. If you scroll up on my site, you’ll see a section named “A Solution For Every Role”… one of the iconBox items has a “LEARN MORE” underneath it. This is what doesn’t work. I want the user to click on that “LEARN MORE” and see a lightbox containing the pdf… instead, it’s just opening in a browser window like any other pdf.Thanks so much Yigit! I ended up just reuploading both logos at the larger size and everything looks awesome. Thanks for explaining to me why it didn’t work :o)
I don’t know what is going on… I just uploaded another white transparent background png at 300 px wide by 80px high and it STILL is showing up tiny on the homepage! AAARRGGHHH! What the heck is going on?!?!? I made sure when I uploaded the logo that it was at “full size”…. please help.
Hello? Just checking in again to see if anyone was able to figure out the problem with the transparency logo not appearing at its larger size….
The logo is 340 x 83. I’m not sure what the problem is and why the transparent bkrd logo won’t appear larger. Please use the login and let me know what you find. I’ve used this theme many times and never had this problem.

I need to be able to create that gray transparent box that is on top of the video but under the text and button… I don’t see a way to be able to do this. I would think I could use the Advanced Slider option except you cannot put that in a Color Section. So as a recap, I need to have a background video, text and buttons on a dark gray transparent box on top of the video… just like the sample link to the domo.com site.
