I figured it out. The Facebook page had a country restriction that was preventing it from rendering in the widget.
When you said you couldn’t access the page that tipped me off that there was something about the page preventing the widget from working.Thank you for your help. I know this was a long process. Your assistance is much appreciated.
When the Kriesi Facebook page link is in the widget, the widget works perfect.
I’ll share with you the Facebook page link I’m using in the private data section.
The Enfold Likebox is a widget that Enfold has for both Facebook and Instagram. I have to widget set to appear on blog pages and the main blog page. See link in private data. All that Appears is “Follow Us On Facebook.” The Instagram widget works perfect but the Facebook one is not rendering.
Does Facebook have a way to paste a code for a widget that is similar?
Can you try the url in the private data section instead?
Will you be able to see what’s wrong once in the backend regarding the Enfold Facebook Likebox widget?
What do you think is causing the issue?
I just tried the login credentials and they work on my end. Try again and let me know.
