Thank you for this! Bothersome that the login didn’t work for you, but I was able to follow your steps and updated manually via FTP, and then chose the Classic Editor, and it seems to be just fine now. Thank you for your time!

Where’s the answer? :P
Hey Elliot,
Using Windows 7 Enterprise SP 1.
My wife tried it on her Windows 7 SP1, as well, with an older version of IE 9.
On this version of IE, I believe the only way to put anything in compatibility mode, unlike the older ones, is to specify the website via url – but even then, I wish that wasn’t what the users have to do.
THAT WAS IT!!
Thank you so much!!
If I can’t apply it to all Alternate Content. How do I apply it on an individual basis? What element am I applying it to?
Oh. In General Styling, there is a area called Alternate Content. My impression is that I can apply the style and effects to any color section when I specify it as Alternate Content.
So yes – I think that’s what I want. Just to be clear, I’m talking about this…
But how can I get ALL alternate content to mimic this? In general styling?
If so, what?

I lied. That was it. Thank you!
That didn’t seem to fix the issue. :-\
