thanks for the tip but unfortunately the same behavior – the reitertitle / tabtitle being used as anker “aktivates” the selected tab, but the browser does not jump to the tab.

If it helps a login is in the private section.

one more note: As the api key doesn’t seem to check out it doesn’t stick – so after save changes, go out of google service and back in the api key gets also remove. I places the key that I generated and used into the private content …
