FYI

Using ‘Add Admin CSS’ plugin from https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/add-admin-css/

I made a fix by adding this as admin css

div.mce-edit-area {
overflow: -moz-scrollbars-vertical;
overflow-y: scroll;
height:300px
}
