Hello Rikard,
Thanks a lot, this made my day as it works now correctly after I have added the closing HTML tag
<a name="deals"></a>
as well as deactivate “Escape HTML code”.I will remeber next time when debugging, not only to deactivate all plugins, but also check thoroughly also the block content.
Regards, Thomas

Thanks for the hint, but I have now deactivated all plugins, but unfortunately to no avail.
The accordion is still buggy…
Regards, ThomasMarch 17, 2017 at 10:11 am in reply to: Customizing element "Small bar above Main Menu" has no effect #762400Hello John,
That’s strange…when I first tried to customize the top bar background under “Erweitertes Styling”, it has no effect. Then Mike provided some CSS to control the top bar’s bg color via the Quick CSS feature, which worked fine, of course.
When I checked again today, now the customized element works fine, i.e. I can define the top bar’s bg color without the need of any Quick CSS.P.S.: My installation is in German, so I translated “Erweitertes Styling” to “extended styling” – anyway, it’s the Enfold tab below General Styling, the one with the magic wand icon, where it says: “Here you can select a number of different elements and change their default styling”
So, no idea why it didn’t work from the start, but thanks for all your help. From my side this thread can be closed.
Thanks,

Thanks for the hint, but I am wondering why the Enfold feature is not working:
In the backend under “Extended Styling” it says “Here you can select a number of different elements and change their default styling”.This is what I did with the element “Small bar above Main Menu”. I selected it and defined a different background colour….but without effect.
Why isn’t it working as it should?Custom CSS code is nice, but if there is a proper feature in the backend, I would expect it to do its job…
Thanks, ThomasOK, I think I’ve found it…
I deselected “Let logo and menu position adapt to browser window” under Header/Behaviour, and now everything is aligned perfectly. This topic can be closed. CheersHello,
I purchased Enfold today, and had the same issue as mavofa2one
I am running WP 4.7.3 with Enfold 4.0.2, PHP7.0.6. RAM 256MB
I tried installing several demo data sets, finally I focused on the Enfold 2017 demo, but always got the error message “Importing didnt work!….”.
I also tried by using the reset plugin, I tried via XML import…nothing worked out.
After reading over this forum thread, I tried the way mavofa2one described to have solved his isues.
So I clicked approx. 15-20 times on “Click to import” on the Enfold2017 child theme.
After each click/import attempt the error message list got longer, and I reloaded the website (front end) each time to see if anything changed.
Approx. after the 10th import attempt the default Enfold website changed to the Enfold2017 theme, the slider appeared correctly, but still with a few other missing bits and pieces.
Eventually I got the message “Alright sparky…”, the website appeared with the Enfold2017 theme BUT the slider showed no imagesHere the site: http://sc1.solusio.com/
Can you tell what went wrong here?
But please no vague answers like “maybe the amazon servers…”.
If this issue is not yet nailed down, if there are not suffcient infos or facts, just say so.
Please let me know what I should do to get to proper demo data.
I mainly purchased this theme as it got advertised offering great demo sites incl. data…but up till now I cannot use it.Thanks,
