thanks i wil try that and see what happens. In spanish we use both questin marks, neggining and ending ¿? in wich way should i use them???

well that solved half of the issue. images and lightbox are ok now. But the slider issue is the same, not showing the images
I just updated the theme, but everything still the same, also posted the correcto credentials,

Also the last update i get was 2016 April 26th – Version 3.5.4Hi Andy i feel like you are not reading what i am writing, told you that i already done a manual update of the site. I atached a screen of the theme updater to show you that the task you suggested was acomplished.
Also changed to the Twenty Fourteen theme, and again back to my enfold child theme. In other site with other issues involving images you guys suggest this, but i dont konw what else to do. The 2 issues remains the same,

I made a manually update, also you can see that the theme “updater” recognizes it
