Hello supporters,
I found the reason. If I upload an image (or favicon) in the media library and use it within enfold, it gets a URL with http-prefix. But site is forced to run under https – so the favicon was not loaded. After changing it manually in enfold and ad the “s” in the URL-path to the favicon, it works.
After changing http to https in the general settings of wp (WordPress Adress URL) every other URLS are ok now.Maybe this helps other Users with the similar problem.

TimNovember 25, 2020 at 11:43 am in reply to: How to change number of columns (and their width) in footer? #1262973Hi,
ok, as you can see in my screenshot, the options are missing in Chrome (OS X, also tsted in Safari!).
After you’re message I can see them know !? So obviously you changed something in the backrground – pleas don’t say: “no we don’t” – because this is impossible (I didn’t done an update or something else)… And would make a non serious impression on me. As I plan to use Enfold in my further projects, I need the feel, that I’m dealing with a transparent theme und its support, not with something obscure….Best Regards
TimThanks for supporting. Did work. So you can close this ticket.

TimWithout destroying all the settings and tweaks in older version of course…
Hello,,
thanks for your support. But I can’t find “Slider Animation”? Maybe because I’m using an older 4.5.5-Version of the Theme? How can I update the Theme then?Best regards
