Thank you for your reply, I can import it, but it won’t overwrite the demo that I am currently using right? Because I am currently using the photography template and I need a maintenance page.
So I just need to import that one and it will just be added on my pages? Is that correct? Please advise.

I got another question with regards to the footer.
I want to add it in my frontpage, also as you can see in the image.
I appreciate the help!
Update:
I have managed to transfer the theme via FTP to the WP.
But unfortunately, I am having some delays and I am unable to do some edits.
Do you have any advice for me on where I can do my edits?
Someone advised me of these from your side.
