I am VERY uncomfortable doing all of that on my own! I am not a developer and screwed it up once already :(. Help help help…please save me from the lions…
Yes, it is there in the main directory. I am juggling so much today :). Anyway, thanks for your help.
I uploaded the zip in the public_html menu. You will see it as UPDATED…etc. The update gave me a white screen and I cannot get my portfolio grid to work. Please see FTP credentials below. And please diagnose the problem with the portfolio grid. Please keep me informed as I am VERY STRESSED over this and need to keep my client online! Thanks so much!
Yes you can try. Just keep me posted so if there is a glitch, I can call the hosting company! Sherie
The portfolio issue is on the /dev site — the .org site I’m about to replace with all of the files I created in the /dev site. Sorry to be confusing!
My main issue now is that I cannot update the theme.Thanks so much!
Hi Yigit :). I’ve tried to update the theme through the child theme and it just isn’t working.
Can you check why this isn’t working (before I ftp the files from the /dev database over to the original database?) I’m attaching the login credentials below.
