It seems it solved the problem.

So I understand… what is the reason why some old portfolio items are displaying right while others aren’t? Any easy explanation or am I doing something differently?

That caused the thumbnails to be very small. Is there a way I can use for example 2 or 3 columns and have them equally divided by 2 or 3 images in the thumbnails area but with good image quality?

I probably did not express myself properly.

The margins seem to be fine but the fields are not the same as this: http://d.pr/i/10NO/3MwjJGUN (round corners, lighter colours and full length fields).
