Hi Dude,
I’ll give it a shot…But still having an issue with the images not being the same height.
Ismael – this css: `#top div .avia-gallery .avia-gallery-big img {
height: 100%;
}`works in FireFox but stretches the images in Chrome way beyond their 670px height – no good. Please feel free to take a look: http://www.sistahhollywood.com/spring-2014-trend-report/ … And for some reason in Chrome, it removed the thumbnails from under the big preview from 2 – 4. #veryfrustrating
Is there documentation or a post somewhere that tells us what sizes these images should be to begin with? So it looks correct/good across browsers just like your demo … This way we can avoid having to constantly tweak the CSS.

3. Worked; Chrome caching is killing me.
But 1 is still an open issue.BOOM! Worked and looks awesome. Thanks so much!

1. This didn’t work either. I need the text to change for each gallery. There are 8 different galleries, I have 8 different verbiage per gallery … I want to achieve exactly what your demo does.Please see screenshot:
When you click the left or right arrow on the content slider, the text changes for each gallery.
March 18, 2014 at 5:21 am in reply to: Several Issues: Portfolio Ajax, Image file name appearing on hover, Big Preview #239134Hi Ismael,
1, 2 – THANKS!
3. Didn’t work. Here is what my Quick CSS currently looks like:div.ppt {
display: none!important;
}
#top div .avia-gallery .avia-gallery-big img {
height: 100%;
}[nolink]
BOOM! Thanks :-)
Hi Yigit,
Added the code. Still shows up.
Hi Ismael,
No, not the tootips; that’s fine. The photo/image Alt Text that you enter when you upload a photo/image.
Please click the link I’ve provided then click on any of the images to enlarge; you will see the Alt Text above the image.Thanks
March 11, 2014 at 8:58 pm in reply to: Blog Single Author Fullwidth – Want to set-up just like demo #235848Thank you! That worked. :-)
March 5, 2014 at 2:46 am in reply to: Blog Single Author Fullwidth – Want to set-up just like demo #232491That does not change anything.
If you look at the demo page (link above) there is an icon representing each post/format type. I just set a featured image for a post that is a video and an icon for video does not appear. Set the feature image for the second post, which is a gallery and that doesn’t have an icon represented either; nor does the gallery appear right on the page like the demo.
Hope I clarified what I’m trying to achieve…

-Created a PNG file with transparency
-666px x the height of the original image. So since these particular images (that I was having problems with) have a height of 312px, I made the canvas size: 666×312
-Copied the original 211×312 image to the 666px png; centered it
-Uploaded – keeping the “no scale” parameter and now the images are appear as they should.Test 2: http://www.sistahhollywood.com/14-shirts-checklist/
Thanks again for responding.
Best,

Apologies if I’m a little dense but your answer isn’t clear to me…
If the images I upload are 211×312 because that’s the original size and I select to NOT scale them, why is the theme stretching them to 666px x some random height; whereby making them very pixelated. :-(
Not to mention it doesn’t matter what selection I make via Slideshow Image Size, the theme still stays at 666px width.
Sorry I’m not following but your recommended fix doesn’t make sense to me because I’ve tried multiple images with different sizes – keeping the “No Scaling” parameter.
How do I get this to work exactly like the theme demo? (i.e. Home / Portfolio / Portfolio 2 Column / Single Portfolio: 2/3 Slider) What parameter/setting was used? And do I have to use a specific image size to start with?
Thanks for in advance.

Can anyone help me please?
I have over 50 images with descriptions that I have to upload by tomorrow.
Thanks in advance.January 28, 2014 at 9:04 pm in reply to: Single Portfolio – 2/3 Slider – No Scaling (Original Width x Height) NOT working #216047This reply has been marked as private. -
