Unfortunatly ftp access is unique and shared, I’m not able to create a new one or other.
Debug options were altought activated but no message appear during the error.
The workaround is working but I don’t understand what caused that…Solved in an empirical way.
Created one product from scratch, testing for each information added.
What I find is that if short description is empyt I have this eror 500, only need to add one comma to solve…
but, why is this happening?Second inactive theme is in a subdir (old_theme). I have done this because I have uploaded a fresh Enfold install.
Deleted now the ol one error is the same.
