Yes mate, they are correct. You’ll be connected to the root staging folder. Go into the following directory
/1/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes
there is a childtheme there if you want to create the change in there so I can just copy it across to the live site?

The thread you guys linked me to earlier in this one talks of a specific line of code to be added into productslider.php around line 402.
I’ve tried this but it hasn’t worked as I’m assuming I’ve added it wrong. Could you please refer to the thread you have referred me too, then show me exactly how to add the code they talk about in order to fix the problem in your product slider.Thank you
That’s great, thanks, but can you please show me, with a code snippet, exactly where I need to put the loop reset mentioned in the post you referred to? Every time I try, the site breaks, so I’m obvioisly missing something.

Thanks fro that but alas, while I understand the thread, I’ve tried adding that line into the file at 402 and a few other places around there, but it keeps breaking the site.
I’m afraid php isn’t a forte of mine. could you please show me where it needs to go?
Can I put a copy of the productslider.php with this extra line into my childtheme folder or do I have to edit the original?Cheers
Correction, found the lightbox and some code to add the sidebar back to the single product page

the gallery is there but still no lightbox? oh and the sidebar has dropped down below the product rather than to the side?
I really dont want to have to do all these products again… any ideas
Mate, I;ve got about 180 products in there now, all built with avia! please dont tell me you want me to go and change them all back to standard?! that’ll take me for ever! Got a plan B?

Again while you are in there, I’m not sure if this is a you thing or a woocommerce thing but could you please try and answer the following for me?– when you view all the products in a category, the images are being cropped. I have hard crop set in Woocommece display settings but as I understand it, this just means the image gets resized to fit the dimensions without cropping or stretching it. ie for this artwork, the longest side would be reduced to the dimension setting of the product catalogue setting and the ratio would be kept to then show the whole image? Is this not correct?
– Why is there no lightbox on the single page product image?
– how do I remove all hover effects on product catalogue view because the gallery thumbnails aren’t the same dimensions as the product images so when they appear you can still see part of the original product image.

While you are in there, can you please see if you can figure out why no lightbox is coming up when you click a product image on the single product image pages?

Try the link again now, I had two factor authentication turned on for admin accounts. Have tested the link and its all good now.
