Hi Victoria,
As I said to Rikard yesterday, I’ve tried all the usual solutions, including using a default theme and disabling the plugins. The problem still exists. This would suggest that it’s either a) a problem with WordPress or b) a problem with the support plugin.
However, the problem only appeared after the last Enfold update which makes me think that it may be caused by Enfold. When I searched the forum, there were others that had the same problem with pluggable.php but there was no solution given.
It’s not a huge issue – although it doesn’t look great to our customers when it happens – but I just thought I’d see if you knew what was happening.
Thanks
SimonHi Rikard,
I tried the usual solutions (changing themes, disabling plugins) but the problem persists. The only plugin that I didn’t disable was the support plugin. As this was involved in the issue (ie., upon creation of a ticket) I thought it best to leave this one running.
Thanks
SiHey Rikard,
That fixed it. Thanks ! Very strange – just appeared one day and everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked, including deleting sections and re-adding them.
Hi Nikko
Many thanks for the support. It appears to be working fine now.
Regards
SimonHi Andy
Details below for you…
Thanks
SimonHi Yigit
Apologies for not replying sooner – I’ve been moving house so this was on the back burner for a while. I’ve uploaded some screenshots to my OneDrive account. The link is below.
I have Multiline activated but for some reason it’s refusing to do it properly. This issue appears on multiple pages.
Any advice would be useful!Hi Rikard,
I’ve come up with a workaround (of sorts). I used iMovie to stitch together 4 or 5 images, etc. and I’ve used that as a movie background. It’s not ideal (it doesn’t loop, it fades to black, etc.) but you can see what I was trying to achieve (changing/rotating images with the Layout builder). I’ve sent a link for you. If it’s not possible at the moment, don’t worry – it may be a nice feature to add in the future…!
SimonHi Basillis,
My fault – I didn’t explain it clearly enough. On the Landing Page demo, the colour section at the top of the page has one background image . On top of that, there’s a 3/5 and a 2/5 container with content inside. I want the image to change like a regular slider (4 or 5 background images in total) but I need to keep the layout containers, etc. It’s working now! I’d flushed the cache a few times but it obviously needed to quit Chrome too.
Thanks for the help!Hi Yigit
Thanks for the speedy reply. I’m afraid it doesn’t work. The titles still render in Uppercase.
Would it help if I assigned a Section ID to the coloured background? The CSS could be specific to the content only in those iconboxes?
Thanks
