May 23, 2018 at 10:13 pm in reply to: Magazine Elemente – Hide Meta, Center Title & Thumbnail on Vertical #961262Thank you Mike. I think this last bit will give me what I need to play around with.
I appreciate the help big time!

Hi Ismael,
That was it. Thank you. I appreciate it!
Ismale, can you share the fix here so I can apply to my site and others can apply to theirs?
Hi Ismael,
Did you make any changes in my installation or keribird’s installation? I’m still seeing the incorrect Footer. Thanks.
Done.
Perhaps I’m not explaining myself well.
See the screen shot here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zxh7bw5ht3daj9j/Screenshot%202018-05-02%2013.06.14.png?dl=0I have assigned in the Enfold Theme Options to select a page to display as the footer – and then selected that page.
But I’m not seeing anything in the footer…
https://www.dropbox.com/s/uaq4sl6v9tisf4u/Screenshot%202018-05-02%2013.07.23.png?dl=0Is there another step to use the page builder in the footer?
You guys are amazing! SERIOUSLY… if you ever need testimonials let me know – I would lay it down for you guys.
THANK YOU!
In addition, I turned off the navigate to next post option in the enfold theme blog options, but it is still showing up… not sure why.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/z83tt55wc3t9ky3/Screenshot%202018-04-23%2020.09.35.png?dl=0I’ve cleared cache, tried in an incognito window… thanks!
You guys are awesome! Seriously – absolutely awesome.
Have you been in touch with The Events Calendar people or is this something that we would do well to let them know about. Just let me know how we can assist. Obviously something changed on their end and it’d be awesome to get it corrected.
We were able to figure it out. It was an issue with The Events Calendar Pro plugin. We had to downgrade it.
I found a previous support ticket that helped: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/blog-post-order-reversed-on-enfold-4-2/
Thanks!
I, too, am having this issue all of the sudden.
It is safe to say this is an enfold update issue versus something that users need to trouble shoot.
Here is the page I am having issues with – http://www.nl-cc.org/ – the message library image section.
I have posted the code in the private section (I can’t stand it when people post thousands of lines of code in the comment section).
Please advise. Thanks!
The issue has been the open-close animation on the submenu. The first time I click on the submenu it opens fine. But after the second, third, fourth, etc. time, it opens and closes. No longer allowing me to see the submenu.
I have turned off all plugins on my staging site (which has caching off) and the issue remains. This does not look like it’s a plugin conflict but an issue with the theme.
We’ve had this issue for more than 2 weeks with no resolution. What else can be done?
I removed the header.php from my child theme (on the staging environment) and the problem still occurs.
Hi,
We are using WPEngine so we are not able to turn off caching. However, in our staging environment it is completely cacheless. I went ahead and turned off the Autoptimize plugin there and that still didn’t do anything.
Any other suggestions? I’ll provide credentials to the staging site so you can look further.
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
We did as instructed, cleared caches and still having the wonky behavior. Anything else we can do?
Any update on this request?
That did it! Thank you Yigit!
Honestly love you guys! Best support for the best theme ever. #EnfoldForLife
Thanks Yigit.
So, I did the clearing of cache, flush cache, hard reset… etc… but it’s still showing up.

August 23, 2017 at 5:38 pm in reply to: Every Page Transparent Header – Select which pages get transparent header option #843198Thank you Victoria. I will be trying this out today.
Yes, I have uploaded the lighter logo – http://www.shreinmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/shrein-media-digital-marketing-logo-transparent.png
August 22, 2017 at 10:49 pm in reply to: Every Page Transparent Header – Select which pages get transparent header option #842802Thank you Victoria for getting back so quickly. Ya’ll are awesome.
I got pretty close after looking at four or five posts from other users/moderators on the forum.
HOME PAGE uses standard header – nothing fancy, no custom CSS
COMPANY PAGE uses custom css that I applied just to that page. I actually was able to dial in almost everything.
Here is what I still need help with.
On the company page, how do I change the logo for just that page (so I can use a white version).
On the company page, how do I change the color of the text to white INSIDE the blue button when the sticky header is activated? (right now the button text is white but when I scroll and the sticky header becomes active it goes to the grey color.Does this make sense?
Thanks again!
July 12, 2017 at 9:51 pm in reply to: Header Logo Stretched – Previous Thread Solutions Not Working #820233Team Kriesi has the best support so when I read “not sure” I was certain that the issue was with my hosting.
Sure enough.
Google has released a page speed module that my hosting company has turned on by default. This page speed module was displaying my images to webp images – and in the process, stretching the image out (I have no idea why).
To turn off the pagespeed module you please
ModPageSpeed Off
in the .htaccess file.
Worked like a charm.
Wondering if this is something Kriesi team is aware of and if it can be looked into and made compatible with – I’m sure there are plenty of reasons why keeping the module on would make sense.
Thanks!
July 11, 2017 at 9:27 pm in reply to: Header Logo Stretched – Previous Thread Solutions Not Working #819634Well, that actually is helpful to see … it looks like the image is being distorted once uploaded
Here is what it should look like, the original image I uploaded
http://www.shreinmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/shrein-media-digital-marketing-logo.png
I’ve never had this happen before. Thoughts?
July 11, 2017 at 7:13 am in reply to: Header Logo Stretched – Previous Thread Solutions Not Working #819122Sorry about that…
shreinmedia.com
Thank you!
I just finished doing this – the problem still exists.
September 13, 2016 at 9:14 pm in reply to: Text (Special Heading and Text Area) not appearing in color section #686029So… You’ll see my original link is now showing the text… why? I removed the js code for the form and replaced it with a gravity form.
You can see the issue still exists on pages where I have not swapped out the form from js code to a gravity form.
This didn’t used to exist. I’d still love to discover what the issue is.
Thanks.
