The site is being developed offline. However the same issue is also there on the demo enfold theme at

http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shop/ or at
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/shop/

Once you add to cart and go to cart view/cart, everything is fine on a desktop or on an ipad. The problem happens if you view the cart on the mobile. The quantity table is not there at all and so its functionality to choose quantity goes missing.
