If I bought the theme in Kriesi.at, see purchase code below, how can I find my theme forest username and API that is required in the enfold update backend ?

Hey Rikard, thanks for your answer!

Beside that page, all the other pages in English are working. My problem is, how can I add back the language switcher to the Menu? I can not switch any further from EN to German.
