August 15, 2015 at 1:03 am in reply to: Hide Woocommerce product type and term from showing up in post meta #488073Hi Elliot,
Thanks for the prompt response!
It seems that Product Grid works with categories only, is there a way to pull out information from custom taxonomy instead? Thanks Elliot! That makes sense!
Hi Andy,
I don’t think is woocommerce. I think these Products Purchase Button,Product Info Tab,
Product Info,Product Reviews come with Enfold? Hmm… are we on the same page?- This reply was modified 9 years, 3 months ago by senso.
Ahhh…… I think I know how they works now. They aren’t supposed to be editable by clicking. It’s only the markup for the attributes entered? Do let me know if I understood it correctly. Thanks!
I did a wordpress reset, reinstall woocommerce, reupload theme. It is still the same. When I tried to add products and use AVIA layout editor, the below four are not clickable and editable.
Products Purchase Button
Product Info Tab
Product Info
Product ReviewsHow are they supposed to work? Did I miss any settings?
Hi
AndyDebrosia,I re-read what you have written. I think I may have added/activated the plugin additions before I added the products. I can’t remember how it got there. Is there a way I can reverse the process without deleting the products?

Sorry Andy, it is offline.
I’m using the latest version of woocommerce and Enfold. I deactivated all plugins except woocommerce. There are products and products categories added via woocommerce.
When I tried to add products and use AVIA layout editor, the below four are not clickable and editable.
Products Purchase Button
Product Info Tab
Product Info
Product ReviewsWhen I tried to add posts, page, portfolio items and use AVIA layout editor, the below five are not clickable and editable.

Hi Drebosio,
Thanks for the help. I do have products added. I can’t find a way to add/edit the product info tabs if I use AVIA layout editor.

Hi,
I know it has been a while but just managed to try this out. :p
The above works greatly!Sorry for asking for more, it returns without a comma for the taxonomies. how can I include a comma separator to the result?
Thanks!
Hi berafiks and Yigit,
Thanks and it does work. However, is there a way to not use the !important? Is there a way to make css/custom.css works in child theme?
Hi Yigit,
Sorry, not preview image. Is the featured image.
I did a search in this forum and the css trick hides featured image in all posts. However, I would like to hide for certain Custom Post Types only. Is it doable?

Hi Rikard,
It is offline. Is there anyway I can troubleshoot it?
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the prompt support. It is still offline..
Hi Elliott,
Sorry for not being clear. I meant the entry title next to the breadcrumb. And thanks for the heads up, needed to edit the default title too!
At the same time, can I check with the team how can I remove the preview image for the custom post types? The CSS trick hides all but would just like to remove for the cpt specifically.
Thanks all!
I think I somehow got it… thanks.
Sure will do. Thanks Yigit!
Or create a CPT and custom taxonomy template page that includes avia builder?
Hi Yigit,
Local host. Do you mean it is not normal?
Hi Yigit,
No changes to the theme files. Using the latest version.
When I use color section on Avia Layout Builder, the color section stretches full-width. But when switched to default editor, the color section takes the boxed width.
Thanks Elliott! Got it!
February 3, 2015 at 1:36 am in reply to: Adding custom post types and taxonomies to sidebar widgets #389803Hi Elliot,
I’ve tried. Neither solution works. I think it is just not possible to do it on a sidebar. Thanks.February 2, 2015 at 10:02 am in reply to: Adding custom post types and taxonomies to sidebar widgets #389217Thanks Ismael and Elliot,
For example:
Brand A has 5 products range.
Each range has 20-30 products.
Hence the hierarchy is<strong>Brand A</strong> PRODUCT RANGE ONE - Product type 1 - Product A - Product B - Product C - and the list go on - Product type 2 - Product AA - Product BB - Product CC - and the list go on - Product type 3 - Product AAA - Product BBB - Product CCC - and the list go on PRODUCT RANGE TWO - Product type 1 - Product A - Product B - Product C - and the list go on - Product type 2 - Product AA - Product BB - Product CC - and the list go on - Product type 3 - Product AAA - Product BBB - Product CCC - and the list go on
When Product A is viewed, the sidebar will show
<strong>Brand A</strong> PRODUCT RANGE ONE PRODUCT RANGE TWO PRODUCT RANGE THREE
Lets assumed there many brands. It seems I have to create many custom menus for different Brands in order to show the relevant products ranges?
January 30, 2015 at 3:59 am in reply to: Adding custom post types and taxonomies to sidebar widgets #388097Hi Elliott,
Thanks for the prompt support. I have many custom post type categories and taxonomies with parents and childs. I’m not sure if is ok to manually create custom menu for each. Its like I may have to create up to 100s custom menus… and growing.
When I use the default post type PAGE, it automatically shows the category and sub categories on the sidebar. I would like to do something like that for custom post types and taxonomies. Is there a way to do it?
Noted with thanks
bump thanks
Noted thanks.
