Thank you very much for your response. I sent the issues to SE support and here is their response:“Okay, the core issue on the page where you’re seeing that JavaScript error is that the media element framework isn’t being loaded onto the page (despite being properly enqueued by Series Engine). Would there be anything on the site or theme that would prevent an enqueued script like that from loading?
Your developer can see how Series Engine enqueues MediaElement on lines 380-381 of seriesengine_plugin.php”
I will send your findings to SE support. Thank you very much, Nikko.
FTP access information is below.
Best regards,
May 14, 2018 at 10:10 pm in reply to: Enfold upgrade to 4.3.1 caused ALS, MT and Pdf display issues. Workaround found. #956703Hi Basilis,
I am not asking you to make Series Engine (SE) compatible with Enfold. Our website issues started after Enfold theme to 4.3.1 upgrade. Thus Enfold and SE was compatible before 4.3.1 I decided not to revert back to the old Enfold theme version because the recent Enfold theme has amazing features. I believe in solving issues and moving forward.
Having said that, SE is a vital plugin for the website because our major content depends on it. I requested Victoria to help me define the problem between Enfold and SE as she mentioned there was conflict in JavaScript in use of mediaelementplayer by Enfold and Series Engine plugin. She requested for login credentials so I just wanted to know what she found out so I can pass this information to SE.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
May 11, 2018 at 7:58 pm in reply to: Enfold upgrade to 4.3.1 caused ALS, MT and Pdf display issues. Workaround found. #955426Hi Victoria,
You are correct. There is a conflict between Enfold and Series Engine (SE) plugin. When I deactivated the plugin, the ALS, MT Calendar and pdf were all working.
Unfortunately, the website is for our church, so its primary content is our Pastor’s sermons, and we rely heavily on Series Engine plugin to post it online.
Please help! Below is the login credentials. Thank you in advance.
March 20, 2018 at 6:24 am in reply to: Enfold and Event Calendar Pro 10:00 AM Event is not showing at the Week View #929525Hi Mike,
I informed MT about what you found and still waiting for their response.
These two weeks are crucial that we have the church website up because it is the Lenten season. After April 1, I can do more testing by disabling Enfold child and test it.
Would you be so kind to keep this thread open until then?
Thanks!
March 19, 2018 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Enfold and Event Calendar Pro 10:00 AM Event is not showing at the Week View #929322Hi Mike,
Before I opened the support request to you and MT, I tested it by deactivating all my plugin except Events Calendar Pro and Enfold and this problem persists.
I appreciate you looking into this. You have defined the problem. Hopefully MT is willing to look at the problem from your findings.
Thanks again Mike!

No there was no image between those two links before. The large image is displayed correctly above.
Perfect! Thanks Nikko!!!
Hi Jordan,
Below is an image link to the two horizontal lines I am referring from my previous post.
I would like to request a css code to change the color to white only on this page.

/SusanFebruary 20, 2018 at 8:06 am in reply to: Events Calendar Pro Week View: Font Color changes from white to another color #914728Hi Rikard,
It is now on my Quick CSS and it still doing the same thing. When reloading, the week view fonts are white then changes to another color.Hi Mike,
Thanks for responding to my post. My test page is live. I took a screenshot of the page below. This page has three slides: simple solid color followed by an image and the last slide is a video. It has the transparent header and menu.As I mentioned in my previous post, I would like to request for the transparent menu to follow the behavior of the transparent header. The header becomes solid when you scroll. The transparent menu does not change even when you scroll.
Hi Victoria,
I completely agree with you.
I am requesting the menu to turn solid as soon as the header turns solid. I don’t know what triggers the header to turn solid upon scrolling. It’s that effect that I need for the menu.So sorry, I don’t mean to be difficult.
Hi Mike,
I am so sorry for not catching the transparent menu behavior earlier.
As I mentioned the code for the transparent menu that you gave me was perfect. It goes very well with the configured “Transparent Header on the Edit Page.
On my test page, the behavior of the Transparent Header turns into my default header (solid color) when scrolling down the page. I was expecting, the transparent menu will follow that behavior. Instead, the transparent menu remains transparent when you scroll down the page. It does not go back to default menu (solid color) like the header.
Please, is there a way for the transparent menu to mimic the behavior of the transparent header? Please help, we are almost there! In case you need an admin pw, let me know.
Hi Mike,
The code is perfect! Yay!!! Thank you very much to you and Victoria.
Please, one last question. On the transparent menu when you hover there are two horizontal lines, right now the colors are white and teal. Is there a way to change both colors to #1e454a?
The two horizontal lines are best seen when you hover over Ministries.
Thanks again. Best support team ever!
Blessings!
Hi Victoria,
It works beautifully!!!! We just need to isolate this transparent menu to ONE page which is my test page. Other’s need to have the solid colors.
.header_color .avia_mega_div {
background: rgba(30, 69, 74, 0.3)
}
#top .av-main-nav ul,
#top .av-main-nav ul a {
background: rgba(30, 69, 74, 0.3) !important;
}My mega menu is called Ministries. /Susan
Thanks for taking this question, Victoria.
Please check now. I took the css for transparent menu and can leave it there until tomorrow.
I can’t take a screenshot because I have to use my mouse to hover the menu to show it. And I need the mouse to click on to take picture. I don’t know any other way to do it.February 17, 2018 at 7:06 pm in reply to: Enfold and Event Calendar Pro: Hiding the event's bar & Title, sub nav color #913704Hi Victoria,
Thank you for your quick response to my request, I really appreciate it.
The first part of css works!
The second part changed more than the title but also other fonts within calendar month views.
That being said, I followed your lead and tweaked it, and now works.Yay! thanks so much Victoria. I learned a lot from you.
You can close this thread!
Cheers!!!
November 3, 2017 at 8:08 pm in reply to: Enfold 4.2 and WordPress 4.8.3 Mega Menu on mobile stopped working. #872270Hi Rikard, Unfortunately, I still have the problem with the mega menu on mobile. At least, the columns are active. Each column shows the corresponding submenus. And links are working. Not pretty and hoping for a bug fix soon. Thanks for the follow-up, I really appreciate it.

Please close this case. Thanks for your time.
Can you please confirm that you can see the issues I am reporting to you? I cannot define my problem in terms of code, but the reality is what I see on the screen. I am not trying to be difficult but at least give me an idea how to proceed. Thank you for your understanding.

I cannot use another plugin. Thanks for your time. /Susan
Hi,
I did what you requested and found that when I deactivated the Series Engine plugin. Masonry Gallery is working. This is sad news for me because this is the most important plugin for the site. We use it for sermon and podcast. Is there a work around it please?I just upgraded to Enfold version 3.7.1
