@nikko we keep having the same problem with links on our website and have been waiting for support for almost a month now!!
The links to the news are supposed to be on the images and the tittles but they extent to the rest of the text (although they are isolated elements) and even to the footer! Could someone please help us with this issue?
In the page presbook, the link extend to the whole text (and even footer) when they should be just on the images and titles.
I included new login credentials in the private content box.Unfortunately we had to switch to Avada in order to meet our client’s deadline given the absence of support.
However, the problem with Enfold persists in other websites that we have already online where the preview of the sites does not correspond to the design created in the page editor (see details below).
If you manage to solve the problem and prove the reliability of Enfold we might consider using the already purchased license for another project.Otherwise, we will have to apply for a refund given the circumstances.Hi again,
We keep having the same problem! Like Wilwood says, this issue has caused us enormous trouble, losing countless hours of work and risking not meeting several deadlines with clients. Please, we need URGENT help or we will be forced to change template and provider promptly.
The page preview does not show all the elements included in the page editor. Also afert saving and closing a page editor and returning to it later, the latest changes are not saved and I have to go back to an older revision and re-do them. This problem keeps going on randomly. The problem started in the page /home but now its happening in all six pages. Thank you
Fixed! the automatic check for updates with the API key didn´t seem to work but ended up doing it manually. Thanks!
