Still could not solve this problem

Cannot change background color or anything on mobile
Logo is also not displayed.
have taken the setting exactly from (left A below).

Deutsch: das ist ja super.
Mein Problem ist, der Kunde will genau die gleiche Darstellung wie bei seiner alten Homepage

Inzwischen habe ich auch selber probiert das umzusetzen.
Habe nur noch paar Details zu lösen.

Wenn ich die Probleme die ich dort noch habe mitteilen dürfte wäre das super.

Unten habe ich den neuen Link eingefügt.

when i remove this (margin: 0px -10px!important;)
the container in before the ticker has not the right width anymore

when I insert (max-width: 1030px;)
the Ticker has the right width

How can I implement that the menu has the right width
