Huheeey!
With the last code you gave me it finally worked at my end, Ismael. Thanks for all your help and patient.
And thanks to Guenni007’s suggestion.
May 6, 2025 at 9:14 am in reply to: Transparent header on mobile, that goes solid on scroll #1483674Hi,
I added the code, cleared the cache, and checked the result on both my phone and other phones that hadn’t accessed the site before. It still shows a solid black at the top, flickers slightly to transparent when I start scrolling, and then turns black again.
If it’s not possible to achieve the effect I want, I’d at least like to eliminate the flickering.

May 5, 2025 at 9:46 am in reply to: Transparent header on mobile, that goes solid on scroll #1483606Yeah…as I’ve mentioned before…I’ve tested it on several different phones that hasn’t been used at this URL previously , on various browsers and purged the cache on my phone.

I’ve tested it again, on several different phones, on various browsers and purged the cache on my phone.
And it’s not transparent at my end.I do however get that brief flicker of transparency when I start scrolling down, but then it returns to solid black again.
Best regards

I’m sorry, but that didn’t help. The menu is still positioned low on the screen in mobile view and it still has this additional scroll within the menu.
May 2, 2025 at 8:21 am in reply to: Transparent header on mobile, that goes solid on scroll #1483485Hi
I’ve purge the cache and tested it on mobile view on both Samsung Internett browser and Google Chrome.
I’ve also tested it on a co-workers mobile, but the error still remains. The header in mobile view is black when opening any page and it remains black when scrolling down, with the exception of a brief flickering on the header when I start scrolling.
In case there is any misunderstanding, I’ll just clarify:
I want the header to be transparent when the pages loads and then go to solid black when I start scrolling down.
The same way as on the desktop version…where it works brilliant!April 30, 2025 at 11:43 am in reply to: Transparent header on mobile, that goes solid on scroll #1483408Hi Ismael
Thanks for your rapid response. I pasted the CSS code above to my Quick CSS panel, but that didn’t solve my issue.
Any other suggestions?
April 30, 2025 at 11:39 am in reply to: Different font size for main menu links on desktop/mobile on overlay/slide out #1483407Thanks a lot, Mike.
It looks great now, but I have one more question.
When opening the menu on my mobile device, the text on the menu appears low on the screen.
When scrolling down a bit the menu raises to a higher position. Is there a quick CSS fix to center the menu on the screen and eliminate the unnecessary scrolling?
Best regards

Thank you Mike. This got rid of the animation and the lagging.
Am I to replace the previous CSS code that Ismael sent me or should I add your code in addition?
Best regards

I don’t mean to nitpick but there’s just one more tiny detail.
When testing it on mobile, the size, margins and everything looks great, but the animation is lagging when opening the menu.Is there someway to make the animation smoother? If not…maybe it’s better to just deactivate the animation?
Best regards
RolandApril 24, 2025 at 10:52 am in reply to: Different font size for main menu links on desktop/mobile on overlay/slide out #1482129Hi Ismael and thanks for your quick reply.
I’ve added the CSS code you sent me in the Quick CSS panel, but that didn’t make any changes to the mobile menu.
In the Advanced Styling Menu –> Menu Links in overlay/slide out , the font size is set to 90 px and on desktop it looks fine, but it seems to be 90 px on mobile view aswll despite adding the CSS code.
I’ve attached the login credentials in Private Content if you want to take a closer look youself.
Hi Rikard
I will set up a child theme to preserve the modifications. Thanks for great support.
Best regards,
RolandHi Ismael
Thanks a lot for your assistance! Now everything looks great.

RolandHi Ismael
Thanks a lot for your reply. :-)
However, even though I’ve designed a lot of web pages with Enfold, I’ve never done any modifications in the functions.php.file, so I’m not 100% sure on how to proceed with this, but I gave it a try.
I’ve added the code you sent me into “Theme functions (functions.php).
I then tried to select Montserrat New from “General Styling” and “Fonts”, but Montserrat New was nowhere to be found there.
I also had look at Advanced Settings to see if the font was present there, but it wasn’t.
I then tried to download the Montserrat font from the Custom Font Manager. That didn’t help either.I’m not sure what to do from here. Could you please advise me further? I’ve sent the necessary login credentials earlier if you need to log into the page to have a look (and clean up my mess).
