Vinay, thank you for looking at this. I entered the requested data in the private content.
Nikko, you’re the hero! It looks and works perfect now. Thank you!
Sytse
Thanks again for the quick response.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Very strange.
I’ll put the ‘test instructions’ in the private data.Sytse
Nikko, thanks for the suggested code. The design looks rigt, but unfortunately, after hitting the send button, it doesn’t work.
I hope you have any other suggestions, otherwise I think I need to use the plain html and give the fields a set width.Sytse
Thanks Ismael for the reply, but unfortunately it doesn’t change the result: Design is still right, but the form doesn’t send the data.
Do you have any other ideas?Sytse
Thanks Rikard for the quick reply. I added the URL (development) and login credentials in the private content.

Great Rikard, thanks.
February 9, 2016 at 9:36 am in reply to: Missing or Chinese icons in IE > wrong url in link to font #580227Elliott,
We did some more testing. It turned out that the icons don’t show in the right way in on this domain, in IE on remote desktop. Other (Enfold) sites work, other browsers (via remote desktop) work and local access via IE (not via remote desktop) also works.
So it’s a very specific problem which I want to ignore. Thanks for the support.
February 4, 2016 at 2:07 pm in reply to: Missing or Chinese icons in IE > wrong url in link to font #577772Elliott, thanks for the quick reply. Sent the screenshot as private content. Incl. IE version, from a Windows 10 pc.
On one pc this is the problem. But I run IE11 in Win 10 also on another computer, there I don’t see this issue…Solved. Thanks Andy!
Ismael and team, thanks. That solved it.

Thanks Rikard for looking at this.
You can find the requested info incl. login in the private content.
SytseYigit, thanks for the reply. Problem is that “Enfold theme options > Header” isn’t available with side menu. “These options are only available if you select a layout that has a main menu positioned at the top. You currently have your main menu placed in a sidebar”
How can I solve this?Thanks,
Sytse
Ismael,
It’s solved indeed.
Unfortunately I don’t know what happened exactly. But it’s solved. Case closed. Thanks for the support.
Guys, please let me know if you received the private data. I hope you can help me with this strange problem.
Yigit, no problem. See private data.
Interesting additional info:
On a new location, I did a clean WordPress install, with a clean new Enfold installation.
When I edit the styling, still not the right result.
Please see details in private content.Sytse
Hi everyone.
Without a know reason, I lost a lot more style configuration. So indeed, it looks like files got corrupted.
So I uninstalled the Enfold files, downloaded a new package and uploaded them via FTP, but it looks like nothing changed.
Then I tried to restore an old backup, and that even didn’t solve the problem.
Then I tried to reinstall WordPress (via updates page) but still no result at all.Only last option I can think of, is starting with a fresh install and step by step creating everything from scratch, but it wioll be very time consuming, so do you guys probably have any other option?
Sytse
Ismael, I’m sorry to inform you that I followed all steps, but with no results.
After deleting the enfold.css and changing layout settings, It is back again in the folder, but with same file size and same layout results on the website.Sytse
This reply has been marked as private.Yigit, Ismael, sorry for the delay, but I’m back.
Theme is updated now (3.2), but it doesn’t solve the problem: I can only edit footer font settings via Quick CSS. Not via regular Enfold settings.
Any other idea how I can solve it?Thanks,
Sytse
Yigit, thanks for the tip, but permissions are set right. For example I can set all other details in Enfold setings, like colours of socket. Everything works fine, accept for the footer settings.
Yigit, thanks. It solved the problem via Quick CSS.
Any idea why the regular way via Enfold footer settings doesn’t work? (100% sure the cache isn’t the problem)
January 17, 2015 at 12:31 am in reply to: Changing Maximum Container Width doesn't result in any change #381155This reply has been marked as private.January 17, 2015 at 12:09 am in reply to: Is it possible to put (a page with) avia layout elements in a widget area? #381150Elliott, this works great. Thanks.
Thanks Elliott that works fine.
Limitation is that we can’t use Avia elements in it, so maybe it would be a nice improvement of the theme to have the possibility to put a ‘color section’ into a ‘color section’ to generate a second level. But for now thanks, case closed.
Yigit,
First tried to add the quick CSS, but that didn’t change anything.
But then I switched to responsive layout and that solved the problem for me. Thanks! -
