The solution of Ismael: “We had to re-add the vimeo url and append the autopause parameter. They’re displaying now.”
Solved the issue for me.Ismael, thanks for your answer. I’ll try to find another way to publish the Excerpt on the product page.

October 28, 2020 at 9:34 pm in reply to: New Google Maps API key not saved in theme settings #1256520Victoria, thanks for solving this issue. Only problem is that I’m feeling stupid right now.
I was sure it wasn’t due to other plugins, wile I experienced exactly the same problem on 4 very different websites. And all 4 use different other plugins, installed by another admin.Anyway, you solved the issue. Sorry for spending your time on this.
Kind regards,
Sytse
October 28, 2020 at 10:10 am in reply to: New Google Maps API key not saved in theme settings #1256304Victoria,
please also have a look in the source code of the web page (see also private content). This contains the old API, while the saved data in the backend Enfold settings shows the new API key.
I hope you find the cause and solution asap. Thanks!
October 26, 2020 at 11:25 pm in reply to: New Google Maps API key not saved in theme settings #1255916Victoria, thanks fot picking up this issue.
As far as I know, the API key isn’t saved in any other plugin. And I’m quite sure, while I experience the same issue on different website, with different configurations.Sorry for the login problem. I temporary disabled the blocking plugin so you can login now.

Mike, thank you very much!

Victoria, thanks for your reply.
From the first linked post, I got the solution to add “add_filter( ‘widget_text’, ‘do_shortcode’ );” to the functions.php. Unfortunately this didn’t work.
From the second link, I learned the workaround to add some shortcode on the page itself, so it would also work in the sidebar. But as this is the WooCommerce shop-page, I can’t edit it, so it also isn’t possible to add any shortcode to this page. But during the testing I manually deleted and uploaded the complete Enfold theme folder, and this fixed the problem. So it’s done.
Solved, case closed.

Victoria, I’m sorry. It’s unblocked now.

June 11, 2018 at 8:57 pm in reply to: Media element 'Video' shows black square since Enfold 4.3 #971387Hi Victoria, Yes, the footer.php is from Enfold version 4.4.1.
(if you open the Vimeo links, it gives an 404 error while all video’s have privacy settings which say the video’s are hidden on Vimeo and can only be ’embedded’ on the domainname of this website (same setting for videos which show in the background elements).I hope you have other suggestions.

I copied your code in the bottom part of the footer.php like below. Unfortunately this doesn’t solve the issue. I also added it on top, but also no result. Did I paste it in a wrong position? Or is your fix just not working in my case?Sytse
<div id="fb-root"></div> <?php /* Always have wp_footer() just before the closing </body> * tag of your theme, or you will break many plugins, which * generally use this hook to reference JavaScript files. */ wp_footer(); ?> <script src="/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/video/video.js"></script> </body> </html>
June 7, 2018 at 11:20 am in reply to: Media element 'Video' shows black square since Enfold 4.3 #968537Basilis,
I didn’t change anything:
current Enfold version is allready 4.4.1
And in Performance settings I don’t see one central location to switch it off, but on the performance tab:
– CSS and JS file merging are disabled
– Template builder allways loads all elements
– All checkboxes are switched off
– No caching or image otimizing plugins are active or installedSo settings were allready like you suggested, but the problem exists.
I hope you have other suggestions. No problem for me to test or feel free to login yourself.
Thanks for your time!

June 5, 2018 at 11:28 am in reply to: Media element 'Video' shows black square since Enfold 4.3 #967154Rikard,
Youtube would be a workaround, but I prefer to use this as last option while I have some other reasons to use Vimeo. So I hope you don’t mind I try to find another solution first. As Enfold 4.2 didn’t give any problems, and updating to 4.3 or higher gives the black boxes, can you probably ask the team which change in Enfold could possibly cause this behaviour? There should be some logic, while when I restore the old Enfold version, the videos show up again.

May 8, 2018 at 10:19 am in reply to: Compatibility issue New Enfold version (4.3.1) and WPML #953278This reply has been marked as private.Mike, good morning.
I updated to the latest Enfold version (from 4.3 to 4.3.1) but unfortunately the video doesn’t fit in the content section of the secondary language while it does properly on the main language.
Last week I also opened another thread (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/compatibility-issue-new-enfold-version-4-3-1-and-wpml/). Probably this is related to each other. Both cases show problems with page layout of WPML translated pages from the moment I installed Enfold 4.3. No problems on the main language site and no problems with previous Enfold versions.
Sytse
Victoria, thanks for your reply.
You are right thast the PHP is a little old, bit it is 5.6.17, so that shouldn’t be the problem when 5.6.3 is needed at least.
I enlarged the available memory, but it didnt solve the issue.’Can you inform me how I could repair the javascript? I didn’t make any manual changes, so I can overwrite files if needed.
Thank you,
Sytse
May 3, 2018 at 9:29 am in reply to: Blog title only shows on blog items made with Advanced layout builder #950584Ismael and Victoria, thanks. It’s solved.
I copied the code from e-mail indeed. Now i copied it from the forum and it does exactly what was wished. Thanks again! Case closed.
Sytse
Mike, indeed. To sum up the two current known issues, which are possibly related to each other:
– Sometimes the conent sections on the secondary language don’t close, while they do on the main language.
– Video doesn’t fit in the content section of the secondary language while it does properly on the main language (only latest Enfold version?).
In all cases, WPML translation manager is used and no other plugins.I hope the team can solve this.
Thank you very much for keeping me posted.

April 30, 2018 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Blog title only shows on blog items made with Advanced layout builder #949071Victoria, yes ofcourse. Here they are
Mike, thanks for your reply.
I made a copy of the site on a test location, so we have a proper test-environment. On this location, I:
– Put a copy of the same website
– I deleted all plugins accept for WPML
– I updated Enfold to the latest version.
After a while, I somehow managed to solve the problem with the unclosed sections (I think it was done by opening the secondary language page and using the auto-repair function of the shortcode parser here).
But one (new?) problem shows up after upgrading to the latest Enfold version: The homepage starts with a content section with a video background. On the main language it shows like it should, but on the secondary language, the video isn’t fitted into the section frame. Please have a look in the link in the private content.I hope you can help me with this.
April 27, 2018 at 10:40 pm in reply to: Blog title only shows on blog items made with Advanced layout builder #948207Hi Ismael, thaks for the help. But I’m afraid there is a typo in the code.
When I add the code via the WP editor, I receive the message “syntax error, unexpected ‘function’ (T_FUNCTION)”, regarding line “function avf_title_args_mod($args,$id)”
When I add the code anyway via FTP, the frontend of the website returns an 500 error.
Can you review the code? Thanks again,
Sytse
Thanks Victoria, I’ve done it like this.
